Mr. Leung, a resident of Nam Shan Estate made a report to Sham Shui Po Police Station, complaining that he was disturbed by 4 persons claiming to be policemen. He demanded an explanation from the commander of the Sham Shui Po District.
On 26 March, 3 men and 1 woman proclaiming probe policemen arrived at Mr. Leung’s unit and hammered the door. They said they wanted to follow up a divorce case in 2017. Leung asked them to show their warrant cards, but the group rejected and said “there is no need to do so”. One man threatened Leung: "Don’t point finger, or we will charge you for assaulting the police." The four “policemen” left the scene after 10 minutes of confrontation.
Mr. Leung had also received nuisance calls on that night and the following night, in which the caller cursed at him. Mr. Leung stressed that police officers must present their warrant cards and warrant issued by the court.
The security guard of the building recalled that around 10pm that night, 4 persons entered the building from the back door. He asked them to register their personal information, but was in vain.
Mr. Leung’s daughter had been arrested in the Anti-extradition law movement, but was not prosecuted. He doubted this if the incident was related to his daughter.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang’s twitter account has been suspended. China made a statement that this was an impersonation account, which was not operated by Geng Shuang.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokespersons Hua Chunying and Zhao Lijan both have verified Twitter accounts, while another spokesperson Geng Shuang, also has a twitter account (@gengshuangCHN). Although his account was not verified, the public always thought it was authentic as he has repeatedly issued statements on China’s position, and his posts were widely quoted.
Before “Geng Shuang” account was suspended, the last tweet posted was a video on an American criticising Trump for the handling of Wuhan pneumonia, published on 28 Feb. “Listen to the voice of Americans”, “Geng Shuang” commented on the video. This tweet was also retweeted by the Chinese ambassador in Uganda.
After the account was suspended, the Chinese Foreign Ministry Arms Control Department stated on 19 March that it has been confirmed that Geng Shuang did not open a Twitter account, meaning the account @gengshuangCHN was impersonated.

According to the media outlet de Volkskrant in the Netherlands, the local telecommunication company Telfort was aware sincec 2011 that the Chinese phone manufacturer Huawei could access the data of over millions of users without a trace.
This is revealed in an internal report of KPN, the parent company of Telport; however, the company has never informed relevant department such as the Data Protection Authority (#DPA) and their customers.
Scholars pointed out the possibilty of having the data channeled to China, although Huawei denied that data has been shared.

UK judges quit Hong Kong's top court over national security law concerns while Canadian and Australian judges decide to remain
Two senior British judges, including the president of the UK Supreme Court, Lord #RobertReed and his deputy Lord #PatrickHodge resigned from Hong Kong's highest court. Four of the ten remaining overseas judges, however, said they would remain to defend the city's "last surviving strong institution of democracy".
Reed said in a statement on March 30, 2022, that they could no longer serve in Hong Kong's Court of Final Appeal "without appearing to endorse an administration which has departed from values of political freedom."
The judges resignation was endorsed by the UK prime minister as #BorisJohnson told MPs: “They have evidently concluded the constraints of the national security law make it impossible for them to serve in the way they would want.”
British Foreign Secretary #LizTruss also said that the situation had reached a tippingpoint "untenable" for judges to serve independently without risk legitimising oppression.
"We have seen a systematic erosion of liberty and democracy in Hong Kong. Since the National Security Law was imposed, authorities have cracked down on free speech, the free press and free association."
Four of the ten remaining overseas judges, however, have said on the next day that they will remain, including former Canadian chief justice Beverley McLachlin, Australian judges William Gummow, Anthony Murray Gleeson and Robert French.
