The 7.21 Yuen Long Incident happened half a year ago. Citizens gathered at 5 MTR stations to commemorate the event. One of these stations is the Causeway Bay station. Starting at 7pm, citizens chanted slogans like "Missing on 721, killing on 831, shooting people dead on 101." Italian musician Stefano is among the participants.

Someone played a video record of an interview of a police inspector defending their late arrival on 21 July.
In the video, Chief Inspector LI Hon-man defended without shame for their late arrival by replying that police arrived only after received calls. He had not noticed the time because he did not read the watch. He questioned whether the reporters had noticed the chaos. The reporters continued to ask several questions until LI suddenly said “Your actions are not threatening me.”

Hongkongers in Solidarity in Protest of Police-Triad Collusion
At Causeway Bay MTR Station, many passers-by bought bottles of water, snacks and lozenges for the people sitting in on January 21, which marks 6 months of the Yuen Long 7.21 Attack.
They initially ran out of stationery too, but the passers-by assisted them and replenished whatever that was running out.

Despite the pandemic, lots of citizens arrived at Sheung Tak Estate and set public altar to pay tirbute to him. A arge group of riot police was seen standing by. Whenever a citizen intended to go near the alter, he/she was asked to leave, or they may be charged of violating the gathering ban, a new law established due to the Coronavirus that restricts public gathering to less than four people.

Private car stopped and searched in Mong Kok after collided with a police vehicle, two men arrested
Earlier in #MongKok, a police vehicle and a private car crashed when the police vehicle trying to cut the lanes. The private car was intercepted and searched at the junction of Sai Yee Street and Heibu Street. Around 50 riot police encircled the car and they found reflective vests often used by reporters and a modified umbrella. The car was suspected to be owned by an online media. Two men were subsequently arrested on the scene, one of them has visible injury on his face.

Earlier in #MongKok, a middle-aged female civilian was noticeably agitated at the police. She persistently shouted at police officers, complaining that citizens were not allowed to anything. Even basic social activity such as dining out was prohibited and associated with risk of being penalised. Despite her shouting, the police on site did not bat an eyelid. Lest We Forget: 8 Months After 831 Attack, Citizens Lay Flowers and Tributes for Casualties
April 30 marks the 8th month since the Aug 31 Prince Edward attacks, when riot police attacked and terrorized passengers at the Prince Edward MTR Station. Despite the pandemic, civilians bravely came out to lay flowers as a tribute to the victims, just right outside of the Prince Edward MTR Station, as they have always been doing over the previous months.
Police moved their cordon lines 2-3 meters farther out than before, and over 40 officers were standing by on scene. Councilors from Yau Tsim Mong District were tending to the flowers and tributes. Plans have been made for them to bring these flowers and tributes to the Sandy Ridge Cemetery tomorrow, where over 200 missing protesters were presumed to be anonymously buried.
A councilor commented that these flowers were not just meant for those who have perished on the night of Aug 31, but they were for all the victims who have laid their lives down for the cause throughout the anti-ELAB movement. This includes people who have suffered from the senseless violence by the police, and all the victims of the injustice that has traumatized this city.

Student Union of Chow’s school, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (“HKUST”) had initially organised a memorial ceremony on 8 May 2020 which marks the 6th month of his death.
However, the university sent an email to all students and teachers today, warning that any event held within the school’s compound violating social distancing rule is illegal. The school will report to the relevant government department and penalise students and teachers flouting the rule. Moreover, the school also broadcasted warnings over the public announcement system on the social distancing rule in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Hence, students who had initially intended to pay tribute to Chow were unable to stay for long.
Large groups of citizens also paid tribute to him in various other locations, such as Tseung Kwan O, Yuen Long and Mongkok.
