Flows. Rank and Structure

In the GSR system, we work with flows (resources, opportunities, talents, and human potentials) and structure (a person's place and hierarchy within the family, world, and system).

These are subconscious parameters of the human psyche. That is, we do not change objective reality, but we work with the consciousness and subconsciousness, resolve internal conflicts, and arrange everything in its place during a GSR session. On a subconscious level, a person understands that he or she can now act differently and begins to heal.

A person, as a system, is a complex being. One can imagine a person as a unique structure of personality – each individual is unique in his or her own way. Additionally, one can imagine a person as a system of fields (here in the GSR system, we do not use the esoteric or psychological understanding of the field; although gestalt therapy has something akin to this, we use the term "field" more as a physical phenomenon – the interaction of two or more objects in a common space-time).

A person is both unique and limited.

Each individual consist of different levels of consciousness – there is a material object – the body, which to some extent is not a single organism but rather a colony of many organisms living in symbiosis (I won't delve deeper here), a system of knowledge and meanings (information and concepts about this world, part of which is his own, obtained through learning, and a larger part is collective).

Additionally, there are different levels of consciousness and subconsciousness within a person (a person as part of his or her family – lineage, meaning the child of his or her parents, from whom he or she receives a system of resources, traumas, and experiences), a person as part of humanity (society), a person as part of deeper resonances (in some practices this is called spiritual, here too there is a separate system of human resonances, and there is the collective experience of all humanity and its limits).

There are deeper parameters of the psyche present in rare individuals from birth; most people do not have these. This means a subconscious access to deeper systems of resources and possibilities, providing a person with tremendous advancement in this world. However, most people, even having these opportunities, are unaware and live like everyone else. In some practices, these deep parameters are referred to with various esoteric terms and labels. In reality, there is nothing esoteric about this; there are simply deeper and more universal systems of resources that are deeper than the individual's personality, society, and spirituality, and thus can manage all these parameters. This layer of the psyche can be conditionally called "depth."

Depth, in some general understanding, exists in every person and grows with age in each specific area. Depth as a deep resource and level of consciousness is either an innate parameter, or one can be led there through practices and enormous work on oneself, enhancing all capabilities and moving beyond personality and system of limitations.

However, most people will not go there and will resist with hands and feet. There are many barriers and fears on this path. Yet, it is in this layer of consciousness (subconsciousness) that all the things people dream of are found.

Because a person as a personality is limited by his or her system of resources and opportunities. Some are given more, some less. Some practically nothing. We are all very different here.

But in the depth, there are no such limitations. Everything is there. Depth is always universal.

When a person moves into the depth and grows there, along the way they can achieve all their human desires and dreams (relationships, money, health, opportunities, love, business, recognition, self-realization, whatever it may be).

Because all possibilities are simply systems of resources. If there is a resource (flow) and places (positions on this flow), there will be realization in this sphere. If there is no resource, there will be nothing. It’s very simple.

If you are given relationships, you will have them. If not, you won’t. If there is a flow, but it breaks, all relationships will end in a break-up. You work through the break in a GSR session, and relationships are restored, either with the same person, or the possibility of creating more resourceful relationships with someone else appears.

If there is no money, you clear those resources in the consciousness that can be exchanged for money, remove barriers, conflicts, fears – and this sphere starts to grow and develop. A person starts making different choices, taking actions in reality, and entering completely different places in society and opportunities.

Most often, the spheres where we are actually in the flow, and those resources where everything comes easily and naturally, we neither see nor appreciate. We want what we do not have. For instance, each of us can very deftly put a sock on our foot (underneath which, by the way, is a flow of effective interaction with our body and this reality), but no one ever thinks about the fact that the ability to put on a sock is an energy of action and life that can be directed into any sphere of life and grown upon.

In the GSR system, we do not work just to grow or develop for relief or release. All of this, of course, happens – a person tormented by years of depression and hopelessness, or some mood disorders, after GSR sessions (sometimes just one, sometimes a series of sessions, depending on the person and his or her starting point), all of this disappears forever. Any depression, disappointment in life, and fears disappear. There is more and more life, balance, and eventually – the happiness we all dream of but so rarely experience in reality. To live in happiness all the time is normal, not a luxury. For example, I never knew happiness all my life, suffering from depressions and lack of meaning. Now I am simply happy, and this is normal for me.

But the most important thing is where the people will direct the liberated resource. What will they be able to do in their life? Perhaps they will want to create a family, children, a new business, a beloved activity, engage in creativity, or start something else, restructuring and changing their life.

Each session adds a resource, and the most important thing is not just abstract "relief," which is already great in itself, but what the person can actually do in life. Really do and create by himself.

Here, the work involves not only flows (a person's opportunities) but also structure (those places in society where he or her can fit, take a place). All of this does not happen somewhere out there, outside, all these are parameters of the human psyche. A person takes the place in society and any hierarchy that he or she has inside. If there is no such place inside, the person will not be able to take the place outside. He or she will either just pass by this place and opportunity, or he or she will not be able to occupy it. If someone artificially places him or her there, one will not stay in that place.

In GSR, we work with such parameters as place (the structure of a person, his or her personality) using modules 8 and 9. This is where work is done with the person's internal and social rank – their place in the social hierarchy, his or her opportunities for growth. When a healthy structure is built and the resource is cleared (flow, road on which the person moves in a particular sphere or area of his or her life, or in life in general), the person begins to grow rapidly, develop, and move up the social ladder higher and higher. Again, everything depends on the person's starting point. But everyone grows.

How does the work with a person's consciousness and his or her growth in reality occur?

First, we work through problems. The deeper the GSR specialist, the deeper the psyche parameters he or she sees and the faster can lead a person to a resource from any hole and any problem.

Next, we work with goals, flows, and resources.

Then we nurture these flows and resources, helping the person build the optimal path in his or her consciousness for the life mission.

Afterward, we integrate this path into society, building a healthy structure and places in the person's consciousness.

Then we observe changes in reality.

The main task of a GSR session is to make a person's life better and better. In all spheres that are important to him or her. Or in all spheres. On this path, a person changes, grows, and becomes a more optimal and better version of self. Perhaps, on this path, he or she will go deeper into self and be able to change and create any parameter in his or her consciousness for any need.

All this is real. It may seem complex or not quite understandable. But these are the possibilities of the future. Already here and now, tens of thousands of GSR clients from all over the world have been able to change their lives, their health, their well-being, and their level of happiness. All of this is absolutely real. Yes, it is a path. But it is accessible to everyone.

As they say, any choice is realized from the first step.

The entire path is already built. You can simply follow it. And open yourself to all your most cherished dreams.

The Path

Walking your own path means constantly choosing your own path. Nothing is more important.

Neither the comfort zone, nor friends, nor adversaries, nor loved ones, nor activities, commitments, and obligations—nothing should distract from the path.

Because this path is you.

It's great if everything you encounter on your path weaves into this path.

But it doesn't always happen that way.

Most often, your path conflicts with what is already in your life.

And then the task is to find balance and resolve this conflict.

Depth denies nothing and rejects nothing.

In depth, there is everything. And everything connects with everything.

But sometimes on the way, you have to make choices.

Healthy keys are choices made in the Flow of Life.

What strengthens life, vital forces, what allows a person to flourish, revive, and become more alive—that is a healthy choice.

Everything that pushes a person away from life is an unhealthy choice.

Everything is simple.

Every second, we make this choice on our path. Tick-tock. Life-death, life-death.

Life unites everything.

Death destroys everything.

By opening more and more to life, we choose a path to ever greater life, love, and happiness.

And then, on this path, you can do everything else. What is important to you.

You can build a career, establish relationships, create a business, improve health, have children, achieve recognition, and realize yourself in society.

All this is possible when you follow the Flow of Life.

When you choose your own path, not someone else's.

There is no identical path. Everyone has their own path. Even loving partners have their own path. Although they can walk together.

But every path leads to one place.

That is, no matter which road you take, you will get to where you need to be.

The next level is when you can, bypassing the path, immediately find yourself where you are going.

This possibility exists, though it is not available to everyone.

You can choose the path. You can immediately step to where you are going, without experiencing it in reality.

Anything is possible.

The main choice is to walk.

Love

I have always wanted to experience love, to be able to give love, to be love.

But I never reflected on the fact that I would like to be loved.

And now, I opened myself to this. And I created this possibility for myself!

And now it simply is. Everything is so simple.

It is enough to simply open up to what you truly want.

I thought I wanted to love. And I grew into this.

But I never opened myself to wanting to be loved.

And it is precisely then that the connection between the internal and external occurs. That balance and resource growth.

I was always fixated on how to grow in order to give more and more to this world.

But it doesn't work that way. If you give all the time, and receive nothing in return, then there is a feedback loop breakdown.

This sooner or later leads to exhaustion.

And now that the flow is established back and forth, I feel - really, this was possible?

The answer to the question - why are you in this world? And my deepest compensation - have resolved.

I came into this world to love, create, and give of myself. Completely. And now I opened myself to how much wonderful things this world can give me in return!

Isn't this a miracle?

And I thought: wow, I never suspected that moving, nomadic lifestyle is “mine”. The childhood dream of “living in different places of the world for a long time” before GSR didn’t clash with reality. I loved traveling, travel – any kind of travel – inspired me a lot, but at the same time, home was very important to me and I was eager to build my nest.
With coming to GSR, everything changed. I “got off” the ground. Flights, traveling, moving around became my everyday routine. Changing countries in one day, arriving and settling in immediately – no question. Even at the very beginning I learned that my resource is this: not to have a home, not to have anything permanent. I remember that I was upset at the time. But as I moved deeper, thanks to working with myself, this resource ceased to be colored by vagrancy for me, I began to find more taste in it, to grow.»

Dear participants, last week the third flow of the “Expert” module ended, where more than 180 GSR specialists were trained! Both existing GSR experts and those specialists who were mastering the skill of Expert support for the first time took part in the Module.
