🔥 GreatFireVPN — Who We Are and What We Do
Hi there! We’re the GreatFireVPN team. Since 2011, we’ve been using technology to fight internet censorship and keep the internet open and accessible.
Our work began in China, one of the world’s most heavily censored countries. Today, we apply what we’ve learned to the fight against censorship worldwide. We monitor internet and app-store censorship on the App Store and Google Play, research censorship and blocking technologies, and develop products that help people access the open internet.
GreatFireVPN is one of those products. It’s a VPN built for regions with some of the world’s toughest internet restrictions, including Russia, China, and Iran.
We believe that access to a free and open internet is a fundamental human right. That belief guides everything we do:
— Reliability. We use multiple censorship-bypass strategies tailored to the specific conditions in each region to help keep you connected to the open internet.
— Speed. Our smart algorithms automatically select the best server for a fast and stable connection.
— Privacy. Your data belongs to you. We don’t track what you do online or collect personal information. No email is required. You can try GreatFireVPN without even creating an account.
🔥 GreatFireVPN — your gateway to the open internet. Try it free for 30 days.

🔥 GreatFireVPN for Windows: a big update
Let's be honest: our Windows app has lagged behind the Android, iOS and macOS versions for too long. This update closes that gap. Windows now has all the recent features, and it's much faster and more stable.
What's new:
— Protocol selection. Choose the connection protocol that works best on your network.
— Per-app split tunneling. Pick which apps go through the VPN and which connect directly.
— Automatic mode under whitelists. In Russia, "Automatic" mode now connects even during whitelist restrictions.
— Connection tuning. Set the number of tunnels and simultaneous connection attempts to suit your network.
— Speed and stability. The app connects faster and keeps the connection more reliably.
Download the latest version from our website or directly here in Telegram — the installer is attached to this post.
