🔥Voice API connector

Hi everyone! Glad to announce that today's release brought the following changes to the Graphlogic platform:
• Voice API Connector
A new connector allows bots to be output to various voice channels.
ASR settings tab is where the settings for receiving the bot user's voice are set, and the TTS settings tab is for the bot's voice generation settings.
Sending only text messages from the text and slotfilling slots is supported.
When there are buttons, attachments in the scenario, passing through these slots is recorded in the analytics, but nothing is actually sent to the channel.
• Fixed a bug where messages were not reaching WA Edna CC.

🔥Hi everyone! There are quite a few new features on our platform, so let's take a look at what's new:
• Q&A Slot: a new slot that generates a response to the Bot user's message based on the Knowledge Base (Data source — a document in .pdf, .docx, or .txt format) uploaded to the platform and selected in this slot (see screenshots). The slot takes the Bot user's message, sends it to the response generation service (FAQ service) considering the selected Data source, and sends the received response to the channel when the Send answer to channel option is enabled and records it in the faq_result variable.
• Stabilized FAQ service responses:
the service responds only to questions based on the Knowledge Base, and for questions unrelated to it, it provides the response "I don't know.”
• Optimized agent training with the Q&A slot:
reduced the time for retraining agents where no replacement of the Data source in the Q&A slot has been made.
• Implemented support for German, Thai, and Spanish languages in the Q&A slot:
currently, the Q&A slot supports communication and search based on the Data source in Russian, English, Ukrainian, German, Thai, and Spanish languages.
• Implemented the ability to map variables in the Voice Box API channel:
to do this, it is necessary to pass a special flag in the request; documentation on the feature is being developed.
• Fixed the pronunciation of responses from the Q&A slot:
now when using the Q&A slot in the Voice Box API channel, the response is pronounced from the first character to the punctuation mark and is not dependent on the user-defined Chunk size in the slot.
• Fixed the operation of external requests with certificates sent to an IP address instead of a domain (Endpoint field):
to work correctly, it is necessary to add the Host: <domain> header on the Headers tab (see screenshot).
• Certificate Tab in External Requests: now you can add security certificates to your External Requests (previously this could only be done through support) via the Certificate tab. On the tab, you can specify the certificate and its password for integrations with external IT systems, the methods of which require authorization using a client certificate.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the activation of VK and Viber channels.

• Fixed a bug that prevented sending any file to the 360Dialog (WhatsApp) channel from triggering movements in the script.
