I think the real use case is simple:

Telegram creators finally get a path toward a smarter customer inbox.

📒 Introduce Manually confirm exceptional payments:

Sometimes a customer has paid, but automatic verification cannot complete—for example, due to a mismatched amount, an alternative payment arrangement, or an expired order.

You can now review the payment yourself, mark the order as paid, and continue delivery without moving the sale outside GramBase.

How to use it:
1️⃣ Open a pending, failed, or expired crypto order
2️⃣ Select Force confirm payment in the order details
3️⃣ Verify the payment, add a receipt reference or note, then confirm delivery

The order will be recorded as Manual, with the evidence and original payment details preserved.

🚀 New in GramBase: Broadcast

Your group says 3,000 members. How many could you actually reach tomorrow?

Not post at — reach. That count carries lurkers, dead accounts and bots. But the people who have talked to your bot — placed an order, pressed /start — are real.

You've had that list the whole time. You just couldn't use it. Telegram's Bot API has no broadcast — so without that layer, the list just sits there.

That layer is what I put into GramBase.

👥 Pick who — everyone, a tag like VIP or Repeat buyers, or names you pick.

🛒 Sell inside the message — attach a Buy Product or Enter Store button; the link is built for you. The announcement is the checkout.

📊 Read the report — every send returns what landed and who blocked you. Say 412 delivered: not a vanity number, but how many people are still listening.
