Your bot actually remembers people now 🧠

Not just the current chat. The actual person.

So if a real estate client comes back a week later and says:
“hey, anything new?”

your bot doesn’t go:
“Sure! What city? Budget? How many rooms?” 😭

It already remembers! they were looking for a 2-bedroom under $300k, not on the first floor, near a school — and can just continue from there.

Same thing for orders, bookings, support requests, courses, WHATEVER.

Basically: less repeating yourself, less “please provide your details again,” and way more *this bot actually knows me*.

And yeah, you can use that memory to follow up later too🥹
