On a technical note, btw, UK media are referring to me as taking part in High Court proceedings 'from Ukraine'. I am actually in Donbass, Russia. Just so that's clear 🇷🇺

That is Day 2 of my 2 day High Court hearing against the UK Government done.

Mr Justice Swift has reserved his decision. I thank the Court for their consideration of my case, and will now wait for Mr Justice Swift's decision.

In recent times I've had to give my fight against the UK Government my full attention. Now, having done everything possible, while I await the Court's decision, I'm able to turn my attentions to my first love - my reportage from Donbass 🇷🇺❤️

🗣 An update on my work. Winter of 2023!

⚖️ My High Court battle against the UK Government, fighting their illegal sanctions, for now concluded, with judgement reserved by Mr Justice Swift. So, for now, I get back to my work, and reportage, from Donbass!

📺 As you may know, my YouTube channel was deleted in July, and after that began the process of reuploading my notable material to Rumble. Although I could go on, there's plenty up there already, and time to move on, to get back, to making new video material!

ℹ️ Obviously supporting my work while I'm under sanctions is more complicated, for those who really want to, I've always tried to find a way. Actually I couldn't even have stayed alive without that.
