This is the most serious hit in the Perevalsk region since last September, when a Ukrainian Himars strike hit a college in Perevalsk, killing one student, wounding six.

Have slowed down the Cameron Robbins video a bit here, a case I'm sure you've been following. Sharing this with you for interest. I'm not an expert in the sphere, but it's clear that at the start of the video, Robbins sees something in the water, which turns towards him, and then submerges.

Robbins is spooked, tries to paddle away.

Then, from 53 seconds on in this video, there are a series of shapes, splashes, and movements from Robbins' feet, which would indicate the presence of something by his feet - that is they are not consistent with simple feet / splashing. Further, there is a shape / spectre by his right arm, and he is apparently being pulled in that direction, and underwater, by one or two forces, presumably sharks.
