Not really, no, I just visualise myself in court facing off against a huge sack of sh*t - the sack may change, but on the inside the sh*t will be absolutely unaltered, and fundamentally the same as all the sh*t that's gone before.

This morning, April 24, Donetsk residents received the following text message from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of DPR:

As a result of shelling by the AFU, remote anti-tank mines were detected in the Kuybyshevsky district of the city of Donetsk. Anti-tank mines were found along Kolkhozny Avenue from Marshal Zhukov Avenue to Stratonavtov Street and on the adjacent streets. Everyone should watch out! If you find an anti-tank mine, call the Ministry of Emergency Situations at 101.

Anti-tank mines against civilians in a residential area...

British mercenary Aiden Aslin has given a new interview, the main points -

* Aslin states that he hasn't returned to ukraine since he was exchanged last September in a POW exchange. The reason for this is a mysterious ban on him entering the Schengen zone, from Germany.

* He 'wants to return home' (to ukraine, in particular the city of Nikolaev, in the south) with his fiancée, and take up ukrainian citizenship.

* Aslin doesn't state exactly what he plans to do when he returns to ukraine, which he seems to be planning after his Schengen ban expires, in October.

* A few insulting words about myself, as usual.

And that is basically that, I don't really have anything to add. However, worth noting that it was falsely claimed that Aslin had 'returned to Donbass and was fighting for ukraine again' last month, when that was a completely different person, New Zealander Kane Te Tai, long since KIA.

My own view is that thanks to the kindness of people here in Donbass, Aiden was given a miraculous second chance at life, in these situations it is best to use your chance correctly.
