Deeply disappointing High Court decision today to do away with rule of law and freedom of speech in the UK.

I shall fight on, both my work from Donbass, and for freedom of speech in the UK.

Have communicated more fully on this with Peter Hitchens of the Mail. Notwithstanding differences of view on certain subjects, he has supported me in this from day 1, must be said.

I note how 'activated' my social media comments are. It's natural that those who oppose freedom of speech are delighted when a UK court ruling crushes it. However, as I fully support freedom of speech, I am totally fine with allowing them to express their views on my social media.

After having spent millions of pounds of UK taxpayer money in a High Court fight to keep totalitarian sanctions on me, for reporting the truth about Ukraine , Rishi then goes to Kiev to give his mate Zelensky £2.5 billion of UK taxpayer money to prolong the war....

I didn't know Gonzalo Lira, but it's a terrible situation when someone, an American citizen even, is jailed by a regime for daring to differ with them, and then killed by that regime in prison.

That regime of course, the one all your money's going to, Ukraine....

Not only do I clearly understand British values, such as freedom of speech, better than Judge Johnson, who yesterday ruled that illegal UK Government sanctions on me remain in place, but I can also correctly spell 'Crimea' twice in the same paragraph.

2/2 The judge who ruled that illegal UK Government sanctions on me remain in force was at least correct to note my 'highly principled position' in relation to the 'licence system' relating to sanctions.

I regarded, as I regard, UK Government sanctions on me to be entirely illegal, and for 535 days of them I had got by, refused to apply for a 'licence'. 'Licences' allow either access to one's own funds, not that I have much anyway, but potentially also crowdfunding, etc, to cover 'basic expenses'. That is the UK Government's words, btw, 'basic expenses', a sanctioned person shall only be allowed 'basic expenses'. That is just one of the ways that the UK Government tries to use illegal sanctions to blackmail, and force people into submission....

Luckily for me, I am a man of a modest needs. I would rather live on bread and water for 100 years than let myself be bullied, blackmailed by the UK State into doing videos which suit them. I had also hoped that illegal UK Government sanctions on me would be lifted by a fair judicial process. As much of Judge Johnson's judgment was just variously cut and pasted from the Government's own court documents, or whatever other anti-Russian source he could find, this hope was clearly in vain.

I will appeal Judge Johnson's entirely wrong, immoral, factually flawed, and dangerous decision. However, this process will clearly take some time, and in that time, I must, as any chelovek, sustain myself. The traditional method of doing this is known as food and drink. Shelter is also a requirement. There are others, even for as I say, a man of modest needs, and in my case zero means due to illegal UK Government sanctions. I had indeed managed to sustain myself up to today, friends and kind people over here had been helping me out, however that is not something which is viable in the long term, understandably.

Therefore, as of today, I avail myself fully of the UK Government's 'licence system'. As the funds in my frozen UK Government bank account will not cover even 'basic needs' for long, I will also require licences for crowdfunding campaigns.

As I am always completely open with you about everything, I will be completely open about this process, the 'UK Government licence process'. And, together, we shall find out just how much bread and water the UK Government decrees a sanctioned person
is entitled to.

An interesting article by Peter Hitchens in the Mail today, as he wonders what comes next after the UK Government's illegal sanctions on me for daring to show the truth, were rubber-stamped by a deeply flawed High Court ruling....

When I came to Donbass in 2014, a young slip of a lad (but also in my mid 30s 😄), it was with the pure intention of showing the world the truth about Donbass. That intention remains as strong, and pure, ten years on, here in 2024.

I didn't come here to get involved in a massive court battle against the scoundrel UK Government, but that's how it's turned out, the only other option would have been accepting defeat to them, and that will simply never, ever happen. I will fight on, and appeal the totalitarian decision, dangerous for every British citizen, recently handed down to me by the UK High Court. I'm delighted to say that not only are my lawyers from the first time round staying with me, but more have offered to come on board, not for money, there is none, but to fight for the principle of freedom of speech for every British citizen.

The appeal process will now go forward, and I'll update you on that when there is something meaningful to say. For now, free from having to devote almost all my time and energy to fighting totalitarianism in the UK courts, I turn my attentions and energies back to the reason I came here in 2014, and am still here in 2024, showing you the truth from Donbass via my video reportage!!
