🇬🇧 16 months after the UK Government punished me without any charges, or judicial procedure, for my work from Donbass, sanctions, my fightback begins tomorrow in the High Court in London.
It's been an enormous amount of work, effort, and just deeply unpleasant situations along the way. I'm hugely grateful to everyone who has been with me in this.

Graham Phillips, who has been described as a ‘pro-Russian propagandist’ in Parliament, was made the subject of an ‘asset freeze’ in 2022.
On a technical note, btw, UK media are referring to me as taking part in High Court proceedings 'from Ukraine'. I am actually in Donbass, Russia. Just so that's clear 🇷🇺
That is Day 2 of my 2 day High Court hearing against the UK Government done.
Mr Justice Swift has reserved his decision. I thank the Court for their consideration of my case, and will now wait for Mr Justice Swift's decision.
