But then his neighbours tell us that not only is he a psychiatric out-patient who has no business, but that his home is also entirely intact.

Donetsk up in smoke this evening, as Ukrainian shelling hits.
⚡️In the night, Ukraine carried out a mass drone attack on the Russian naval city of Sevastopol, Crimea. While Ukrainian drones reportedly did not succeed in their target of hitting ships of Russia's Black Sea Fleet, they did hit a ship repair facility, with a reported 24 people wounded there, and 2 ships damaged.
