👉 The #VerkhovnaRada, Ukraine's parliament, has adopted Bill No. 3637, "On Virtual Assets," which establishes in #Ukraine 🇺🇦 a mechanism for the legal regulation of virtual assets.
👉 A draft law legalizing and regulating #Cryptocurrency and other virtual assets tokens in Ukraine has passed the #parliament in the second reading on September 8, 2021.
👉 The bill forms the legal framework for working in the virtual assets market and determines legal status, classification, property rights, and other vital legal definitions.
👉 Ukrainians 🇺🇦 will be able to tokenize property rights and receive the judicial protection of rights to virtual assets. The country hopes to open its crypto market for businesses and investors by 2022.

👉 A study by blockchain analytics firm Elliptic has revealed that the Ukrainian #NGOs and volunteer groups have raised several hundred thousand dollars in #cryptocurrency. Donations made in digital assets have increased by 900% compared to the last year.
👉 #Elliptic has identified several #cryptowallets used by the non-government organizations and volunteer groups and found they have received over $570,000 worth of digital coins in total over the past year.
👉 Among the groups accepting cryptocurrency is ‘Come Back Alive,’ which supplies the #Ukrainianarmy with military equipment medical products and provides training.
