โฐ Time for a stretch break! ๐Ÿƒ Exercise #1: Tip Toe

Driving for a long time slows down the circulation of blood from the lower legs back to the heart. Do this simple exercise โ€“ tip toe.

Tip toeing while seated activates the calf muscles to pump the blood back up the body towards the heart.

Instructions

1โƒฃ While seated, make sure you make a 90 degree angle at your knee with both legs.
2โƒฃ Plant your toes to the floor mat while raising your heel slowly up and down for 30 seconds.
3โƒฃ Complete 2 sets.
