‘GDP really measures how well the wealthy are doing and their corporations. It doesn’t significantly measure the majority of people in most countries.

For many years, I believed that the policies that I was implementing were increasing prosperity for everyone because the statistics showed that building these huge infrastructure projects like power plants and industrial parks, highways, ports, airports, increased GDP per capita.

And per capita, doesn’t that mean for everyone, per person? But what it turns out is that, GDP per capita is just the amount of GDP divided by the number of people.

And GDP is a measure of how well the big industries are doing, the corporations, the banks, the insurance companies, and now the media moguls, how well the rich are doing. It is not a measure of overall prosperity.

So GDP per capita, GDP and total GDP per capita can be increasing, at the same time the gap between rich and poor is getting bigger and deeper, and the poor are getting poorer while the rich are getting richer.

GDP is really a very, very, very misleading measurement. And I think it’s intended to be that way. Here these people are all meeting, these bankers in their fancy ties and coats.

They’re coming in on their private planes and they’re talking about economic stability and economic growth and financial stability and how do we get rid of poverty.

But the very policies that they’re implementing are tending to do exactly the opposite of that. And they must be aware of it. I certainly became aware of it after a while.’

They operate under the classical scheme of neocolonial racketeering. If the countries of the Global South, East, or Latin America are facing a fiscal deficit or a balance-of-payments crisis, they contact the IMF for assistance.

The IMF and the World Bank issue a loan, but tie the countries by truly humiliating conditions. They oblige the countries to undertake the programme of structural reforms, and through those so-called reforms, their country does not become just inefficient, but actually dependent on other countries.

They end up in a debt spiral, and they are forced to take new borrowings, and there is no way out of it. And all the blame for that is cynically put on the shoulders of the victim.'

Former Economic Hit Man John Perkins explains how Trump PERFECTED being too big to fail, and why Africa and Latin America should replicate his strategy:

‘Trump certainly was extremely successful at being too big to fail. He borrowed so much money from these banks, particularly Deutsche Bank and others, that they couldn’t allow him to fail…

Because then they would probably go bankrupt, or at least their books would look very, very red, and they’d have mud on their face.

So this whole idea of if you borrow so much that the lender becomes your partner and has to make sure that you don’t fail, Trump learned that very early in his real estate career, and he’s been practising it.

Could this serve as an example for countries in Africa, Latin America, and other parts of the world? It could, I think, but only if they all unite.

Because the problem is that this pillar of divide and conquer is so strong that if one country, let’s say Nigeria, tried to do this, then the pressure would be put on all the people, corporations working in Nigeria to stop working in Nigeria and move to one of the neighbouring countries in Africa that had very similar resources.

So the way for it to work would have to be for all of these neighbouring countries to come together and decide that they’re all going to take a similar stand, and use the Trump model to be too big to fail.’

Israeli war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu’s message for Americans:

Obviously, Netanyahu’s message will only be scoffed at and invoke anger from the majority of Americans, being squeezed by higher energy prices, skyrocketing mortgage rates, and rising inflation, all because of a war that is ultimately for Israel.

Prof. Robert Pape: ‘The likelihood of a NUCLEAR WEAPON being used against Iran has DOUBLED, and could increase further if escalation continues.’

‘When the war began in March, I would put it as under 10 percent likelihood of a nuclear weapon being used. I think those odds have now doubled…

Even though the odds of a nuclear weapon use are still rather low, this is a 20% [likelihood] of using nuclear weapons.

This is still a horrible situation, and we should be talking about what that would consequences would be, so they don’t go up.

Even a tactical nuclear weapon would spread radiation that would impact over 100,000 people in Iran. I’ve done the mapping, and this is then likely to trigger further escalation by Iran.

We are not in a position where when Trump moves up the rungs of the escalation ladder, he is going to escalate to our advantage. He may escalate. He may put pressure on Iran, but they will lash back.’

Prof. John Mearsheimer on the risk of Israel using nuclear weapons against Iran:

‘There is no state on the planet that is more ruthless, more murderous, than the Israelis. So the idea that they would use nuclear weapons is certainly plausible.’

Iran refuses to surrender its red line demands, Trump faces daily humiliation and political disaster domestically.

Trump still thinks escalation will force a surrender or capitulation, and any US escalation will result in a severe Iranian attack on US military bases and targets in GCC countries.

Trump knows that if he uses a nuclear weapon against Iran, the US will be viewed as even more of a dangerous, rogue state than it already is by the rest of the world…

So the alternative is to give the green light to Netanyahu to use nuclear weapons against Iran, since Israel doesn’t have any qualms with being viewed by most of the world as a genocidal rogue state.

Prof. Robert Pape reveals Donald Trump’s 3-DAY BOMBING CAMPAIGN plan against Iran, warns of massive escalation

‘I’ve been warning for weeks that we would be moving to a stage of the escalation trap where we would see the war spread to Saudi Arabia and Yemen, and that has in fact happened. This is what I was anticipating and warning against.

And within that, what I’ve been warning about is you will have both horizontal and vertical escalation that will occur, and it’s occurring because what you’re seeing is President Trump cannot really bring himself to end the war, and it’s because if he does that, he will have to admit defeat.

And as a result, what he’s doing is he’s taking steps that feed the war or escalate the war himself. And right now, he has on his desk a three-day air plan, and you might say, “Well, three days, what’s the big deal?”

This looks like a version of Instant Thunder, the air plan to decapitate Saddam Hussein and paralyse the government in Iraq in the ’91 war.

This could be a much more broad, widespread set of targeting with that three days, and this is why he may also be bringing in the Marines.

This could be much more consequential than the public currently realises, and it’s because President Trump is under the gun to demonstrate he’s still in control, and so I think that this is what is leading to the current continuing escalation in the overall Iran war, and it could occur even worse just in the next few weeks.’
