🚨Economic Armageddon is about to be unleashed:

Global oil inventories are plummeting at a record pace in an attempt to stop oil prices from skyrocketing further because of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

With a few more weeks of the emptying of oil inventories, the ability to keep oil prices even slightly suppressed vanishes.

What follows will be industrial collapse, supply chains in chaos, nations facing economic breakdown, and a global depression.

Every $10 increase in oil prices knocks roughly 0.2%–0.5% off GDP growth over the following year or two in oil-importing economies.

Brent Crude in February was priced at between $69-71 a barrel. Brent Crude is now over $100 a barrel. Do the math, and already the world is already about to face a catastrophic economic crisis.

If the oil price increases to $200 a barrel, it will be nothing short of economic Armageddon.

Donald Trump thinks a global economic depression is a price worth paying for his war on Iran for Israel.

With global oil inventories plummeting, and the ability to artificially suppress oil prices vanishing by the day, $200-$300 oil is not very far away.

Because in China🇨🇳, the Communist Party’s political control made sure that the record profits were used for national development, the liberation of hundreds of millions from poverty, the uplifting of living standards, and the development of the best infrastructure on Earth.

In the US🇺🇸, the oligarchs’ control over the political system ensured that the enormous wealth that was created was hoarded by the oligarch class in private hands, rather than spent on the development of the country and improving the lives of the American people.

He will remain President as long as the business community sees him as a net positive. But if he cannot prevail in Iran, and from where I sit in New York, he can't. He has neither the military nor any other mechanism to defeat Iran at this point. If that is the outcome, he risks losing the support of major parts of the oligarchy.'

According to reports, the CIA told Trump that Iran retains 70% of its pre-war missile inventory and 75% of mobile missile launchers.

On this day in 1916, Irish Republican and socialist revolutionary James Connolly was executed by Britain after the violent crushing of the Easter Rising.

He went a step further than many Irish Republicans in not only calling for independence from British domination, but also freedom from ‘capitalism, landlords, and financiers’, realising that real independence could only be achieved if Ireland was free from the control of the British Empire’s capitalist class.

He used his position as a trade union leader to use strikes and industrial action as a pathway to a workers’ republic, using the Irish Citizen Army, formed to protect the picket lines and demonstrations of the Irish Transport and General Workers’ Union, as part of the armed struggle against Britain.

Following the failed Easter Rising of 1916 which he helped command, and the brutal crackdown to put down the uprising, James Connolly was executed by Britain, along with six other signatories of Proclamation of the Irish Republic.

The sacrifice of the Irish martyrs, executed or massacred by British forces would not be in vain, inspiring the Irish masses to participate in the struggle against British rule for Irish independence.

In 1983, two heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad reunited in tears, joy and overwhelmed with memories.

Hero of the Soviet Union Yakov Pavlov and Ivan Afanasyev, who defended one single apartment building in Stalingrad, known as Pavlov’s House, for 58 days against the Nazi German invaders in World War 2.

Pavlov, Afanasyev, and other Red Army soldiers defended this building with machine guns, anti-tank rifles, mines, and interconnected trenches to nearby positions. German forces repeatedly attacked the building because it overlooked an important square and river approach in Stalingrad.

The defiant defence of Pavlov’s House became a legendary story in the USSR of defiant defence, making the Nazi hordes suffer mass casualties just to take a single building.
