Russia’s🇷🇺 President Vladimir Putin has warned Zelensky that if Ukraine🇺🇦 attempts to disrupt the WW2 Victory Day in Moscow on Saturday, that Russia will launch MASSIVE retaliatory missile strikes on the center of Kiev.

Civilians and employees of foreign diplomatic missions have been warned to evacuate Kiev in case Zelensky decides to do the unthinkable.

The Moscow Victory Day parade on May 9th is a sacred day in Russia and the former Soviet Union, commemorating the heroic collective efforts to defeat Nazi Germany, and the sacrifice of 27 million Soviet citizens.

Should Zelensky be stupid enough to attack Moscow during the Victory Day, there is no doubt Russia will finally take off the gloves, and launch apocalyptic strikes on Kiev.

Ukraine has long been considered part of the bigger Russian nation. Kiev is the mother of Russian cities.

So it’s, to many Russians, including those who are among the decision-makers, these people are misguided. They are being used by the west in the West’s very long battle, very long war against Russia.’

An actual Ukrainian hero: Zelensky’s Jewish grandfather, Semyon Ivanovich Zelensky, and his three brothers signed up to fight in the Red Army against the Nazis and their Ukrainian collaborators.

Out of the 4 brothers, only Semyon Zelensky survived WW2. Today, Zelensky dishonours the memory of his father and the 2.5-3 million Ukrainian Red Army soldiers who sacrificed their lives to defeat Hitler.

Zelensky honours the Nazi Ukrainian collaborators such as Stepan Bandera, founder of the OUN, which committed acts of ethnic cleansing and sought to solidify the Third Reich’s rule over Eastern Europe.

Today, Zelensky’s soldiers wear patches either chillingly similar to the genocidal divisions of the SS, or the exact same patches worn by the genocidal divisions of the SS who his grandfather and his brothers fought to defeat.

He tolerates his soldiers having tattoos of Nazi insignia and symbols.

Semyon Zelensky, his brothers, and the Ukrainians who served and died fighting for the Red Army, were heroes of Ukraine and the Soviet Union.

Volodymyr Zelensky is a shameful figure that glorifies and empowers the same forces in Ukraine that his own grandfather fought to defeat.

VICTORY DAY: While Zelensky has spent the last few years glorifying Nazi collaborators and their ideological descendants in Ukraine, here is an actual Ukrainian hero:

Lyudmila Pavlichenko, a Soviet sniper serving in the Red Army during WW2 is confirmed to have killed 309 Nazis. Her actual number of confirmed kills is likely to be far higher as a confirmed kill must be witnessed by a third party. She served during the Siege of Odessa and Siege of Sevastopol before being injured by a mortar shell and being evacuated to Moscow.

Her confirmed kill count makes her the deadliest female sniper of all time and ranks her in the top 5 snipers of all time. She was given the ‘Hero of the Soviet Union’, the highest honour one could receive in the USSR.

So you DO NOT compare Kiev to Beirut or Tehran or to one of the other cities that have been targets of US, NATO, Israeli attacks.’

VICTORY DAY: Nazi Germany’s Siege of Leningrad; history you aren’t taught about in the schools of NATO countries

Out of a pre-war population of 3.2 million people, 1 million civilians died during the Siege. That’s almost 1 in 3 people.

This doesn’t even count Red Army losses.

The Siege of Leningrad was one of the longest, brutal & destructive sieges in history. It would last for 2 years, 4 months, 2 weeks & 5 days. The goal was not to occupy the city, but to starve it into extinction.

By early 1942, an estimated 100,000 people were dying in Leningrad a month, mostly from starvation. Due to the desperation, at the worst point of the siege, workers only received 250 grams of bread a day, their dependents only received 125 grams.

In total desperation, people boiled wallpaper paste for starch, chewed their leather belts, and even scraped glue from furniture to eat.

The harsh cold of the Russian winter was faced with no electricity, no heat, and no fuel, with Leningrad’s citizens freezing to death in -30 degrees Celsius.

Adolf Hitler wanted to wipe out the city bearing Vladimir Lenin’s name, and exterminate the population who he viewed as sub-human. The resilience of the people of Leningrad outlasted defeated Hitler’s hatred.

VICTORY DAY: Facts you aren’t taught in schools in NATO countries:

The Soviet Union lost over 3 times more soldiers in the first 6 months of Nazi Germany’s invasion of the USSR than the United States has lost in its entire military history.

In just the first 6 months of Operation Barbarossa (June–December 1941), the Soviet Union suffered approximately 4.3 million irrecoverable military losses, killed, missing, or captured.

By comparison, total US military deaths in all American wars combined are estimated at roughly 1.3 million.

Roughly two-thirds of men born in the Soviet Union in 1923 did not survive World War 2.

27 million Soviets died in WW2, a higher sacrifice than any other allied nation.

80,000 Red Army soldiers died in the battle to liberate Berlin, a higher death toll than the US faced in the entirety of its imperial war on Vietnam.

VICTORY DAY: The Soviet Union’s unprecedented post-WW2 economic recovery you aren’t taught about:

The Soviet Union lost roughly:

30% of its national wealth

40% of its rail infrastructure

32% of industrial output in occupied territories

Nearly half of its agricultural capacity in the western USSR

25 million people were left homeless, with round 40% of the Soviet Union’s pre-war housing stock was destroyed in occupied regions.

Approximately 1,710 cities and towns were destroyed.

BUT: The Soviet Union achieved one of the fastest large-scale economic recoveries in modern history after the devastation of the Second World War.

By just 1948, Soviet industrial production had already surpassed pre-war 1940 levels.

Between 1945 and 1950:

Industrial output increased by roughly 73%

Heavy industry expanded dramatically, with coal and steel output exceeding pre-war levels

Electricity production rapidly recovered and exceeded pre-war levels

Major cities like Stalingrad, Kiev, Minsk, and Sevastopol were rebuilt from the ruins of WW2 without aid or assistance, unlike Western European countries which rebuilt themselves with US Marshall Plan assistance.

Much historical focus is given to the success of the Soviet Union in defeating Nazi Germany, however very little focus is given on the victory of economic reconstruction the Soviet Union achieved.

At the start of the Cold War, the United States had not suffered any damage to the US mainland. The Soviet Union had seen unprecedented destruction.

Despite this, the USSR was able to recover rapidly and become both an industrial, geopolitical, and scientific superpower, with achievements in space exploration less than 20 years after the destruction of World War 2.

VICTORY DAY: China’s🇨🇳 overlooked role in World War 2:

China lost 20 MILLION people during WW2, second only to the Soviet Union which lost 27 million people.

Between 400K-700K of Imperial Japan’s soldiers were killed by Chinese forces resisting Japanese occupation.

Imperial Japan’s occupation of China during WW2 was one of the greatest atrocities in human history. Some of the worst horrors included:

Nanjing Massacre (1937–1938)

Approximately 200,000–300,000 Chinese civilians and surrendered soldiers murdered in six weeks. Mass rape, beheadings, live burials, and executions were carried out systematically.

Unit 731 Biological Experiments

Thousands of Chinese civilians and prisoners were subjected to vivisection without anesthesia, plague testing, frostbite experiments, and chemical weapons testing. Historians estimate 10,000+ died directly in the experiments, while biological warfare campaigns caused up to 200,000 additional civilian deaths.

Three Alls Policy (“Kill All, Burn All, Loot All”)

Japanese counterinsurgency campaign across northern China that destroyed villages and massacred civilians. Chinese estimates place the death toll at 2.7 million civilians.

Forced Labor and Slave Camps

Millions of Chinese civilians were used as forced labor under brutal conditions. Hundreds of thousands died from starvation, torture, disease, and executions.

Chemical and Biological Warfare

Imperial Japan repeatedly used poison gas and biological weapons against Chinese troops and civilians despite international bans. Tens of thousands were killed directly, with epidemics spreading far wider.

Mass Sexual Slavery (“Comfort Women”)

An estimated 100,000–200,000 women, many Chinese and Korean, were forced into military sexual slavery by the Japanese Army.

Zhejiang-Jiangxi Campaign (1942)

After the Doolittle Raid, Japanese forces massacred civilians accused of helping American airmen. Around 250,000 Chinese civilians were killed.
