🚨Former Israeli Acting President: US-Iran ceasefire signals a DIVORCE between Trump & Netanyahu, Iran WON the war

‘The ceasefire of this round, it looks like a divorce.

It’s a divorce in which the husband, Mr. Trump, does not really pay attention to the needs and to the whims of his lover, Israel, and simply walked away and did whatever he likes without really consulting with Israel...

At the end of the day, when we finish this round in Iran and in the region, there are very few winners and very exact losers.

Israel is not a winner. The United States of America is not a winner.

Iran got hit very strongly, but survived, and therefore it won. And it looks to me like somewhere behind the mountains, China🇨🇳 is rising.’

-Former Acting Israeli President and former Speaker of the Knesset Avraham Burg on the latest episode of Going Underground

POPE LEO XIV SLAMS US-ISRAELI WAR ON IRAN:

'I don't think that the message of the Gospel is meant to be abused in the way that some people are doing...I will continue to speak out loud against war.’

Pope Leo XIV in response to Trump’s comments calling him “weak on crime and terrible for foreign policy” and telling reporters he was “not a big fan.”

Trump has bludgeoned US hegemony even further with his comments insulting the Pope and the estimated 1.4 billion believers Catholic Christians around the world.

Iran’s missiles and drones aren’t even the main force bludgeoning US hegemony, the main force is Washington’s own actions.

🚨Former Israeli Acting President: ‘Trump needed a SHORT WAR, Netanyahu needed a LONG WAR against Iran. Netanyahu hasn’t profited A THING politically from this war on Iran!’

‘This war with Iran was a competition between two end dates. Trump had to end it and to finish it before it has an impact on the midterm elections, and therefore it should have been a very short exercise or a manoeuvre.

And Netanyahu has to extend it as long as possible because he wants to go into elections in a state of war, because Israelis, when there is a state of war, usually rally around the flag of the government and the flag of the prime minister.

So the motivation of what is the role of the war for the internal politics was very different in American internal politics and the Israeli domestic one.

It looks to me that, as for now, Netanyahu did not profit a thing politically, internally, from this campaign, maybe lost a lot.

And the next elections will show that the Israelis are fed up with both his manipulation, his tricks, his shticks and his endurance. That’s, if you ask me, the very last couple of months of his.’

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu makes it clear ‘there’s still more work to do’ with the war on Iran.

Donald Trump, despite his bluster, destabilising actions, and chaos, needs the war on Iran to be wrapped up quickly and a solution for the Strait of Hormuz fast…

Otherwise it will be a wipeout in the midterm elections with skyrocketing gas prices and inflation. His blockade on the Strait of Hormuz to break Iran’s partial blockade on the Strait of Hormuz may be a daft solution, but the priority for a quick resolution remains.

Netanyahu, without a care in the world for the risk of global economic meltdown, needs the war to continue at least until the elections in Israel later this year, so that Israelis, already in a state of war fever, can continue rallying around him and the Israeli flag.

Netanyahu will constantly be trying to drag Trump back into the war on Iran with full-scale firepower, to save his position as Prime Minister, and to avoid prison over corruption charges.

With Tel Aviv clearly calling the shots on Washington’s foreign policy, Trump risks political oblivion in the midterms and becoming an utterly failed lame duck President.

🚨Former Israeli Acting President: Netanyahu FAILED ON ALL FRONTS against Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah

‘As much as he tries to minimise it, it’s very, very strong. And the case is mounting into something very, very serious. He would like to come to the plea bargain or to the verdict, whenever it eventually comes.

So yes, using the situation for his personal gain rather than for the collective good of the Israelis is almost his modus operandi, maybe even modus vivendi, I do not really know.

But it looks to me when you look at the three major missions he took upon himself, this is to bring Iran down, Iran with its nuclear threat and capabilities, to bring, disarm Hezbollah and obliterate Hamas. With all these three fronts missions of his, he failed.

Hamas is in place and regained power. Hezbollah was not obliterated a couple of months ago, and he’s back to business and really harassing the northern part of Israel as well as Lebanon. And Iran survived this war.

So when you take all of this together with the megaprojects that Netanyahu took upon himself, he is a failure. He is a failure, and therefore I believe he will not be the next prime minister of Israel and he will have to face his own sentence very, very soon.’

Noam Chomsky explains why the US🇺🇸 government, Israel, and the media never acknowledge Israel’s nukes:

If the US were to recognise Israel as a state with nuclear weapons, US aid to Israel would be ILLEGAL since they were developed outside of international legal frameworks.

The absurd assumption behind the US’ negotiating position is that Iran would somehow just willingly give up its nuclear program and missile program…

Meaning it would have no deterrent against an Israel that is armed with nuclear weapons, that launched two wars against it in a single year.

While the US demands Iran has no deterrent, according to Washington, Israel is allowed to keep its nuclear Sword of Damocles hanging over Iran and the entire region.

☢️Trump will WALK AWAY from Iran War…but can Middle East nuclear proliferation be STOPPED?

Afshin Rattansi: ‘How can the world disarm Israel of nuclear weapons then?’

Former Israeli Acting President Abraham Burg: ‘It’s not about disarming Israel, it’s about the entire region.’

Afshin: ‘Well, no one else has nuclear weapons, it’s just Israel that has them in this region. How can the world disarm them?’

Burg: ‘What started now does not end with this two-week ceasefire. There are so many genies out of the bottle now.

And the motivation for nuclear power without America, because America under Trump will walk away like it ran away from so many other conflicts around the world in the last 20-some years, people will be motivated to have nuclear weapons.

So there should be both a regional setting and global pressure to disable anybody who has nuclear capability, war nuclear capability, not to have it.

Whatever guarantees are given to Iran, to the Saudis, to the Israelis, those guarantees should be very, very solid, very, very strong.

But with one bottom line: the Middle East clean and clear of weapons of mass destruction. Can we have nuclear capabilities and nuclear reactors for energy? Yes.

Should these nuclear energy centres be run together by Israelis and Saudis and Iranians and Egyptians and Emiratis? The answer is yes.

The more cooperation we have on peacetime nuclear capability, the less threat we have with the warheads.’

Benjamin Netanyahu says US🇺🇸 Vice President J.D. Vance personally told him about the details of negotiations with Iran in Islamabad:

"He reported to me in detail, as members of this administration do every day."

Every day, more evidence comes out that Israel has an unparalleled influence over Washington’s foreign policy, so much so, that a US Vice President personally reports to him on the details of negotiations to end a war.

In fact, the Israeli Prime Minister has Trump Administration officials reporting to him on a daily basis.

The US government is captured by Israel, and the evidence is clear as day for the world to see.

The US’ playbook as a responsible hegemon promoting global stability is to try and destroy the second largest economy in the world, China🇨🇳, to unleash a global economic depression…

If there has ever been a clearer indication for the need for a multipolar world, it’s this.

UK🇬🇧 Chancellor Rachel Reeves SLAMS Trump’s war on Iran:

"This is a war that we did not start. It was a war that we did not want. I feel very frustrated and angry that the US went into this war without a clear exit plan, without a clear idea of what they were trying to achieve…as a result the Strait of Hormuz is now blocked.”

The conclusion from the war on Iran should be that the US is a rogue state, lashing out dangerously and chaotically as its hegemony declines.

The ‘Special Relationship™️’ is nothing but an abusive relationship where the UK is either expected to uncritically support or be dragged into one disastrous war after another, thereby increasing anti-British sentiment around the world.

But the British political class and foreign policy establishment has so far been to unimaginative and weak to deepen their strategic ties with the rising powers of the world, and is still seen by the rest of the world as a protesting US vassal, that in due time, will recommit to once again being a totally obedient vassal.

They of course can change course, whether there is enough will or courage is another question entirely.

"I have no fear. I am willing to give my life for the Revolution.”

What Donald Trump can’t grasp is that for revolutionary leaders, principles are more important than money or deals of servitude to remain in power.

In Trump’s world, profit and power are the be-all and end-all. For true revolutionaries, dying fighting for principles, even in the face of oblivion, is a better fate than bending the knee.

Former CIA Officer Philip Agee explains why the US🇺🇸 has been waging economic warfare on Cuba🇨🇺 for decades and trying to overthrow the socialist system:

‘They know that if the Cubans are successful of their example in being able to provide, as a poor country, the best medical care in the third world…it’s a very bad example for the United States.

There is a large mass of people in the US who can look to Cuba and say ‘wow if they can do it on a per capita income of $2K-2.5K, where ours is $22,500 a year, what’s wrong with our system? Maybe we ought to consider an alternative.’ That’s why Sandinista Nicaragua had to be destroyed, that’s why Grenada had to be destroyed.

Because any movement that comes to power with the idea of providing for all the people and escaping the control of the US and its economy, that is bad news for the United States and among the upper circles of power and influence.’

🇺🇸 U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright:

💬 'The Arabian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz have been important my whole lifetime. The President knew going into this that if you disrupt the flow of energy through that, in the short term, you’re going to push up energy prices.'

Washington knew the risks to global energy flows through the Strait of Hormuz and chose escalation regardless. The fallout is now dismissed as “short-term pain,” even as markets react.

Hegemonic policy in action. Control over energy routes is turned into leverage, while the costs are pushed outward. Prices surge, markets tighten, and distant economies absorb the shock.

Strategic arrogance over caution. The risks were known, the consequences foreseeable, yet the burden is shifted onto the rest of the world. 📉
