Gaza is ‘an incredible piece of real estate. A peace force like the US controlling and owning the Gaza Strip would be a good thing.’

The US🇺🇸 has imposed a 10% baseline tariff on all African countries, and has imposed additional tariffs as high as 40% on some African countries.

China🇨🇳 announced zero-tariff treatment for 100% of tariff lines for the 33 least-developed African countries with diplomatic ties, which began in December 2024. This aims to boost African exports to China, targeting $300 billion in imports over three years. China has been Africa's largest trading partner since 2009.

In the decaying stage of empire, the United States is lashing out desperately trying to save its crumbling hegemony, with immediate brutal consequences for Africa and the rest of the global south.

Anti-American sentiment has been growing as the world saw the atrocities of the Gaza genocide, now the US pulls out the whip against the entire world to demand complete submission and vassalage.

These same people in Washington, punishing Africa and the rest of the global south with tariffs now, will be the same people lecturing Africa and the rest of the global south when they deepen their integration into China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
