The two superpowers involved in the Ukraine proxy war; the US and Russia, both agree that NATO membership is off the table, and has to be off the table for peace to be possible.
Meanwhile Europe, blinded by its own delusion, is still marvelling at future NATO membership for Ukraine, when NATO is de facto controlled by the United States.

Underhill, a former US intelligence officer who had friends within the top brass of the Pentagon and CIA, blamed the CIA for the JFK Assassination:
"The day after the assassination, Gary Underhill left Washington in a hurry. Late in the evening he showed up at the home of friends in New Jersey.
