During the 2006 Israel-Lebanon🇱🇧 war, Israel dropped cluster bomblets with ribbons attached to them to make them look like toys for children to pick up, and be blown to pieces.

One example of a casualty caused by these booby trap bomblets: In 2007, 17-year-old Rasha Zayoun picked one up, wondering what it was and began playing with the ribbon, she felt a tingle of electricity and threw the object to the floor. The blast tore off her left leg and wounded her mother.
