The letter addressed to Jake Sullivan goes on to say “There have been “alarming levels of Russian adaptation that have undermined the effectiveness of several US weapons systems…even newer weapons have reportedly failed thanks to Russian electronic warfare and associated countermeasures.”

Washington thought a proxy war against Russia would help weaken China, in actuality, Moscow may be helping prepare Beijing for Washington’s coming war on China.
