CPD SCAM: ABOUT A THOUSAND TEACHERS DUPED BY ONE "BLESS AVUGLA"
"If anyone knows the whereabout of one "Bless Avugla (TEDD GHANA), kindly report him to the nearest police station to be picked up.
He’s a criminal that must be arrested as soon as possible by the Ghana Police Service.
He claims to be a service provider and organises NTC CPD Training for teachers.
He succeeded in taking GHc 40.00 each from over one thousand teachers for the purpose of organising an online CPD training for teachers, but has since blocked all the contacts of the teachers he registered.
He has also deleted all the whatsapp platforms he created for the purpose of the workshop.
We hope the Ghana Education Service (GES) and the National Teaching Council (NTC) will take keen interest in this particular issue and help arrest this criminal (Bless Avugla) as soon as possible.
He must be picked up and made to refund all the monies to the teachers involved.
The NTC especially must also from time to time, update teachers on the registered service providers to avoid such issues."
