Job : ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (BASED IN KL - WFH DURING MCO)
Location: Kuala lumpur
Salary : RM3000 - RM5000

*MUST HAVE*
-Min Diploma in Accounting
-Able to write and speak English fairly well
-Great organizational skills, a good sense of priority and urgency of tasks
-Will WFH during MCO but report to Menara Trillion once MCO is over

*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
-Computer skills
-Ability to work independently and as a team member

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
-Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions independently.
-Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders
-Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them
-Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors
-Verify payments and deposits made through the accounts and reconcile bank accounts monthly
-Prepare monthly management reports for management with minimum errors.
-Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
