🇦🇺 🇹🇱🌪 Cyclone ERROL Rapidly Intensifies in the Southeastern Indian Ocean

📍 A new tropical cyclone is rapidly developing northwest of Western Australia's coast. Just hours ago, it was a disorganized cluster of thunderstorms — now it has evolved into a fully formed cyclone, officially named Errol.

🌬 Initially formed near East Timor, the system struggled for days in unfavorable conditions. However, a narrow window of favorable atmospheric circumstances has now opened, and Errol is taking full advantage of it.

🌀 The storm has already reached Category 1 on the Saffir-Simpson scale, and according to forecasts from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC), it could peak with wind speeds of 225 km/h (140 mph) — equivalent to Category 4 intensity.

🌧 Projections indicate that a tropical depression or storm may impact Australia by Sunday, raising concerns as the country is still recovering from the devastating floods of recent weeks.
