What You’ll Do
Match the market and company needs and create the feature plan for upcoming releases and project benchmarks
Build and manage the team of creative and technical staff (game balance and economy designers, narrative designer)
Work closely with the marketing team to define the publishing strategy
Stakeholder communication: ensuring the feedback from our founders and token holders is heard, categorized, and prioritized
Research the market and help find data-driven answers to: Should we choose the cyberpunk setting? Which game genre to choose and why? etc.
Qualifications
4+ years experience as game designer and game producer
Fluent English, speaker experience at the conferences is a plus
Strong project and people management skills
Proven track record of delivering games to market on-time with expected metrics
Strong analytical and logical skills
Passion for video games in multiple genres
Interest in crypto, blockchain, NFT and new technology
Experience delivering games built on Unity is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
Understanding of the gaming industry, trends and landscape. Strong network in the field is a plus
