I truly hate that the majority of UV-grid textures (to prepare models for seamless texturing) are 8x8, while I need 10x10. Made this one with soft gradient, feel free to use (will be later provided as HQ file with free license). I'll add numbers and stuff…
You can now get it on GitHub!

Free and customizable UV mapping texture made in Blender and shared under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.

The texture has soft gradient which makes working with it easier for your eyes even for hours in a row. I've tried to balance out the amount of color on the final image to preserve visibility of geometry details and issues that can be missed on pure gray or too vivid UV textures.

Since I'm using it for real-world structures, it has extended 10Γ—10 marked cells (instead of 8Γ—8), and also .5 and .1 lines to allow size-perfect texturing. The 8Γ—8 version is also available in the repository.

The Blender 4.2 file is also attached, so you can modify it for your needs or render in any resolution (if 4K is not enough).
