If you want to achieve a goal, try to create a system and an enabling environment that will help you easily do that thing without having to push too much.
You want to loose weight?, stock your fridge with only fruits and healthy foods, that way, you will only find healthy foods to eat when you go to the kitchen
You want to create contents daily?, follow different content creators on social media, they will inspire you.
Environment trumps Willpower. Always create an environment that makes it easy for you to suceed.

I worked for my Dad for 7 years
From 2012, to 2019 (when I graduated from university)
Unlike other people, I didn't have holidays, my holidays were actually WORK-DAYS.
After school (during holidays), I would work with him. It was very hectic. It involves me waking up as early as 6am most days while sleeping by 12am, sometimes 2am or 4am.
But in the midst of all that, I still squeezed out time to read books about money and life, practice public speaking, watch documentaries, honed my writing skills and read my academic books (just incase you have forgotten, I graduated with a first class).
All those experiences shaped me to become the person I am today, it trained me for life and that's why it was easy for me to teach others, share my knowledge, confidently sell my stuff and make money.
Self development is very important, don't take it for granted.
