👉 Net Foreign direct investment (FDI) into the country declined sharply to $1.5 billion during April 2024-February 2025 from $11.5 billion in the same period a year ago due to higher repatriation and outward FDI from India.

👉 The government of India has extended the term of T Rabi Sankar as the deputy governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for one more year with effect from 3 May 2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He was appointed as the Deputy Governor of RBI in May 2021 for a period of three years.

✅ India, Saudi Arabia sign several MoUs to enhance cooperation
👉 Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Jeddah saw the signing of several MoUs in various sectors, a statement by the ministry of external affairs said.
