• Generate and qualify leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Search for relevant government and private tenders in portals such as GeM, DRDO, HAL, ISRO, and other defence procurement websites.
• Analyze and evaluate tenders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely submission of tender documents, bids, and proposals.
Skills
· Experience: 5+ years in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in Aerospace & Defence, IT, or Engineering Services
· Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Prior experience in engaging with DRDO, ISRO, HAL, or other defence-related organizations is a plus
