#SoftwareEngineer (IN3): 2.5 – 5.5 years
#SeniorSoftwareEngineer (IN4): 5.5 – 10 years
🔹 Core Skills Required:
Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, Apache Camel, and Hibernate.
Experience building scalable, distributed microservices.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack).
Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
Strong communication skills with a passion for automation, optimization, and continuous learning.
While the core technical stack remains consistent, higher-level roles will focus more on system design, architecture, and scalability expertise.
💡 We are specifically looking for candidates with strong Java backend experience.
