بدعم وتنسيق من وحدة تنسيق الدعم "ACU" ينطلق مشروعها الأول الموجه للشباب السوري في تركيا تحت اسم " إصرار" بهدف تمكينهم، والحد من نسب البطالة المنتشرة بين صفوفه وذلك من خلال التدريب والتوجيه وربط الشباب بسوق العمل ودمجه بالمجتمع التركي.

يستهدف المشروع الشباب السوري بين 18 – 35 عاما، الموجود في تركيا، بغض النظر عن
التحصيل العلمي، مكان الإقامة، أو طبيعة الوثائق الثبوتية التي يحملها.
