Beautiful Forsaking, Beautiful Forgiveness, And Beautiful Patience

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية:

والله تعالى ذكر في القرآن الهجر الجميل والصفح الجميل والصبر الجميل. وقد قيل : إن الهجر الجميل هو هجر بلا أذى. والصفح الجميل صفح بلا معاتبة. والصبر الجميل صبر بغير شكوى إلى المخلوق.

مجموع الفتاوى (١٨٣/١٠)

Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said:

"Allāh, the Most High, mentions in the Qurān 'beautiful forsaking,' 'beautiful forgiveness,' and 'beautiful patience.' It was said that beautiful forsaking, it is forsaking without harm, beautiful forgiveness, it is forgiveness without blame, and beautiful patience, it is patience without complaining to the creation."

💯 Miscellaneous benefits from Yemen

BENEFIT 64: The Throne ('Arsh) is the highest of Allāh's creation:

It was narrated that Ibn Mas’ūd radhiyallāhu 'anhu said:

“Between the first heaven and the one above it is (a distance of) five hundred years. And between each of the heavens is (a distance of) five hundred years. Between the seventh heaven and the Kursi (footstool) is (a distance of) five hundred years. Between the Kursi and the water is (a distance of) five hundred years. The Throne is above the water and Allāh is above the Throne, and nothing whatsoever of your deeds is hidden from Him.”
[narrated by Ibn Khuzaymah in At-Tawḥīd & Bayhaqi in Al-Asmā' Waṣ-Ṣifāt; it was classed as 'Ṣaḥīḥ' by Ibnul Qayyim in Ijtimā’ al-Juyūsh Al-Islāmiyah & by Adh-Dhahabi in Al-‘Uluw]

Sheikh ‘Uthaymeen raḥimahullāh said:

“This ḥadīth stops at Ibn Mas’ūd (mawqūf), but this is one of the matters concerning which there is no room for personal opinion, so it comes under the heading of marfū’ [a ḥadīth whose chain of narration goes back to the Prophet ﷺ], because Ibn Mas’ūd is not known to have taken anything from the Isrā'īliyyāt [reports derived from Jewish sources].”
[Al-Qawul Mufīd Sharḥ Kitāb At-Tawḥīd]

Ibn Kathīr raḥimahullāh said:

“He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne which is the roof of creation. All created things, the heavens and the earth and all that is in them and in between them are beneath the Throne of Allah... ”
[Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr (Sūrah At-Tawbah 129)]

The Throne is the roof of creation based on the ḥadīth of Hurairah radhiyallāhu anhu, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, “There are one-hundred degrees in Paradise which Allah has prepared for those who carry on Jihad in His Cause. The distance between every two degrees is like the distance between the sky and the Earth, so if you ask Allah for anything, ask Him for Firdaus, for it is the last part of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise, and at its top there is the Throne of Beneficent, and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise.”
[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhāri 7423]

In Whose Obedience Are You Using Yourself & Your Wealth?

شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله:

فمَنْ لم يَسْتعملْ نفسَه و مالَه في عبادةِ الله اسْتعملها بغير اختيارهِ في طاعةِ الشّيطان؛ إذ كان لابُدّ لها- أي النَّفْسُ- مِنْ عَملٍ، و لابُدّ للمال مِن مَصْرفٍ.

Shaykhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allaah have mercy upon him:

So, whomsoever does not use himself and his wealth in the worship of Allāh, he will use it - unintentionally - in the obedience of the Shayṭān. Because the soul must do actions and wealth must be spent.

Perfect Tawheed Even In Wording...

Ash-Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan, may Allaah preserve him:

"...in order to show due propriety to Allaah's Names and Attributes, and to protect the sanctuary of Tawheed (the Oneness of Allaah) and close all avenues to shirk. Sad news has reached us that the noble Shaykh, Yahyaa Ibn 'Uthmaan Al-Mudarris has passed away. He was from the teachers of Shaykh Muqbil, and he taught in the Haram for many decades.

3 scholars have already passed away within a month. الله المستعان. May Allaah forgive us and them, have mercy upon us all, make us all past the questioning of the grave successfully, and admit us into Jannatul-Firdaws without accountability.
