Allaah Does Not Return Raised Hands Empty
The Prophet (Sallallaahu 'Alayhi Wa Sallam):
إن الله رحيم حيي كريم يستحي من عبده أن يرفع إليه يديه ثم لا يضع فيهما خيرا
“Indeed, Allaah is Most Merciful, Shy, Generous. He is Shy that His slave raises his hands to Him, then He does not place anything of goodness in them.”
[Mukhtasar Saheeh Al-Jaami' As-Sagheer, No. 1768. Graded 'Saheeh' By Shaykh Al-Albaanee]

Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah, may Allaah have mercy upon him:
لَا تَصِحُّ لَكَ دَرَجَةُ التَّوَاضُعِ حَتَّى تَقْبَلَ الْحَقَّ مِمَّنْ تُحِبُّ وَمِمَّنْ تُبْغِضُ فَتَقْبَلُهُ مِنْ عَدُوِّكَ كَمَا تَقْبَلُهُ مِنْ وَلِيِّكَ.
You will not truly reach the level of humility until you accept the truth from those that you love, and those that you hate, and that you accept it from your enemy the same way you accept it from your ally.

◾Organ Donations◾
Our Sheikh Abū Bilāl - may Allāh preserve him- was asked on 25th Rajab 1442 (9th March 2021) :
📝🔹Question:
Is it permissible to donate a kidney?
📩🔸Answer:
This is from the matters of disagreement, if any harm will befall him then it is not permissible for him to donate either one of the two, even if the one he is donating it to is his father, because he will become incapacitated from the worship of Allāh and Allāh (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
{قُلْ إنَّ صَلَاتِى وَنُسُكِى وَمَحْيَاىَ وَمَمَاتِى لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ}.
Say, "Certainly my prayer and my sacrifice and my life and my death belong to Allāh The Rab of all that exists.
(Al-An'am 6:162)
And if what he is donating will result in death after it (has been donated) then this is unequivocally harām, it is not permissible for anyone to donate anything he will die after and allow someone else to live at his own expense.
But if this organ is a pair and no harm will befall him in donating it and his life is not in danger, then there is no harm in aiding a person through that:
{وَمَنْ أحْيَاهَا فَكَأنَّمَآ أحْيَا ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعًاۚ}.
And whoever saves it (i.e. a soul) then it is as if he has saved all of mankind.
(Al-Ma'idah 5:32)
Thus, within it is a breakdown: that which is singular within the human being and will destroy him if donated is harām (to donate) and that which is a pair within the human being and will not destroy him if donated is to be looked into, if harm will befall him in the short or long-term then he cannot donate it and if that is not the case then;
Whoever saves it (i.e. a soul) then it is as if he has saved all of mankind.
(Al-Ma'idah 5:32)
Having said that, it appears that donating it has been attempted and harm does indeed befall the donor, so based upon this, one cannot donate his kidney;
[No harm and no harming] (1)
As for (donating) what is not a body part, rather it is just blood alone, then it is permissible for one to give blood. The difference between blood and an organ is that (more) blood can come after it (has been given) i.e. blood continually reproduces so if it is taken from a person and he is given what facilitates its re-production it is replaced, this was said by Al-'Uthāymēn.
Al-Majma' Al-Fiqhi also included alongside blood, skin removal, and provided the same justification as blood, that it also reproduces.

“The signs of sound aspiration are that the aspirant’s main concern lies in pleasing his Lord, preparing to meet Him, being grieved at the times he spent in other than his Lord’s pleasure, and regretting the missed opportunities to be close and intimate with Him. The summary of this is that day-in and day-out he has no concern other than this.”
