Translation:
“The nakedness of women and their tight clothing does not come as a shock, what's shocking is the fact that they came out (like that) from a home where there are men!!”

Note: believing women dressing inappropriately is most certainly shocking, let's not downplay that, but the message is clear: FIX UP BROTHERS!! WHERE'S THE GHAYRAH (protective jealousy)?!!
‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar raḍhiyallāhu ‘anhu said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “There are three at whom Allāh ‘Azza wa Jallā will not look on the Day of Resurrection: the one who is disobedient towards his parents, the woman who imitates men, and the dayyooth (cuckold).”
Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Nasaa’i.

Your wife, sister, daughter, aunty, etc., may be facing great strain & difficulty in the kitchen preparing your meals and looking after the kids all day, so for you to come home at the end of the day and criticise the food, get annoyed at the pettiest things and disregard all her efforts might possibly be the worst way to show your appreciation!
