◾The story of 'Umar Bin Al-Khattāb burying his daughter alive◾️
Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allaah preserve him - on the 8th, Jumādl Ūwlā, 1438H
📥Question:
What's the authenticity of the story of 'Umar burying his daughter alive?
📤Answer:
📝Munkar and inauthentic, it hasn't got a chain of narration which can support it.
And (He) Al-Fārūq, may Allah be pleased with him, had Hafsa, may Allah be pleased with her, during the pre-Islamic Ignorance.
📌Perhaps this story is from the fabrications of the Shee'ah against him.

◾The ruling of circumcision for women◾️
Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allaah preserve him - on the 9th, Jumādl Ūwla, 1438H
📥Question:
Is circumcision obligatory upon women?
📤Answer:
📝In Sahih Muslim, on the authority of the 'Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Prophet ﷺ said:
(إذا جلس بين شعبها الأربع ومسّ الختان الختان فقد وجب الغسل)
"If he sat between her four limbs and the two circumcisions met, then the ghusl becomes obligatory."
↪️In this hadith is a proof that the women would circumcise at the era of the Messenger ﷺ.
📍And in the two Sahihs on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet ﷺ said:
(الفطرة خمس: الختان..)
"The Fitrah are five: Circumcision..."
Until the end of the hadith.
↪️This (the mention of Circumcision) is general, it includes both the male and female circumcision.
📌Circumcision in regards to the women is [also] called:
(خفضاً) (Khafd)
📌And there is no differing on it being preferred, as mentioned by Ibn-Ul-Qayyim and Ibn Hazm has relayed a concensus upon this.
📍Its obligation (however) was differed upon, and the most correct position is that it's Mustahab (preferred), and there is nothing established which points to it being obligated.
And Allah knows best.

Abu Mu'aawiyah Abdullaah - The Fitnah Of The Dajjaal
Wallaahi My Noble Brothers take heed of this outbreak!
Young people whom were effected by this outbreak - they are in a "stabilized" condition : they are able to talk, take medications by themselves and are off ventilator! 60 minutes later they are found not breathing and have passed away!
It reminds me of the statement of the poet
How many of those that are healthy have passed away without having any ailments [or sicknesses] * And how many of those that are sick have lived on for a good time
The Destroyer of Pleasures .. Death ! It widows a woman, It causes a young child to be an orphan!
Death! It approaches a person in a flash second! Anyone.. Any Age.. Any Where!
(34 ) Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, *and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.*
A young woman who is intending to get married may be scrolling through the bridal clothing catalogue or glancing outside the shop windows for the 'elagant' white dress.. little does she know that she will be shrowded in white and that very shroud are already available in the markets!
The Prophet ﷺ said in the Hadeeth of Samarah bin Jundub
"Wear the White amongst your garments , for verily it is the best of your garments, and shroud your deceased in them."
Reported by Abu 'Eeisā At-Tirmidhy in His Jāmi' and Authenticated by Al-Muhaddith Al-Albany
Everyone who lives on this earth shall die.. It's inevitable! No escape...
"Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned." || Ankabūt 57
Allah Likewise said :
"And We granted not to any human being immortality before you (O Muhammadﷺ): then if you die, would they live forever?" || Al-Anbiyā 34
And as the poet said
"Death is a cup and every person shall drink it
And the Grave is a door and everyone will enter it"
Every person shall taste and endure the agonies of death. It even was endured by our Noble Prophet ﷺ!
The Imām Muhammad bin Ismā'iel Al-Bukhāree reports in his Saheeh a long hadeeth of 'Ā'isha regarding the Prophet's last moments ﷺ that :
"..in front of him there was a jug or a tin containing water. He started dipping his hand in the water and rubbing his face with it, he said,
"لا إله إلا الله إن للموت لسكرات"
*"Lā ilaha Illa Allah , Verily Death has its agonies"* [till the end of the Hadeeth].
*This is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and the agonies of death!!* The one that Allah chose to convey the message!!
O Muslim! Do not be from those that Allah mentions in his Book!
"( 99 ) [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, *send me back* ( 100 ) That I *might do righteousness in that which I left behind.*" *No!* It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected."
He wants to return back?! There's no way out from Death...
{وَجَاءَتْ سَكْرَةُ الْمَوْتِ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ مَا كُنتَ مِنْهُ تَحِيدُ}
[ق : 19]
( 19 ) And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying

( 19 ) And the intoxication of death will bring the truth; that is what you were trying
to avoid.
And the Noble Sahābi Abdullaah bin Umar said:
إِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ فَلاَ تَنْتَظِرِ الصَّبَاحَ، وَإِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ فَلاَ تَنْتَظِرِ الْمَسَاءَ، وَخُذْ مِنْ صِحَّتِكَ لِمَرَضِكَ، وَمِنْ حَيَاتِكَ لِمَوْتِكَ.
" If you survive till the evening, *do not expect* to be alive in the morning, and if you survive till the morning, *do not expect* to be alive in the evening, and take from *your health for your sickness*, and (take) from *your life for your death.*"
Reported by Al-Bukhāree in His Saheeh
Two Blessings Take Advantage of Them!!
The Prophet ﷺ said in the Hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbās :
" نِعْمَتَانِ مَغْبُونٌ فِيهِمَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ، الصِّحَّةُ وَالْفَرَاغُ ".
"There are two blessings which many people lose: (They are) Health and free time."
Reported by Al-Bukhāree in His Saheeh
O Servant of Allah! So long as you're healthy and not busy then take advantage of it before a time will come to you wherein you will be in a state of regret!
If the Deaths of Thousands - old and young doesn't wake you up *then what will?*
*Wake up from your deep sleep!!*
*Return to your Lord before it's too late and take this opportunity with both hands*
( 18 ) But repentance is not [accepted] of those *who [continue to] do evil deeds up until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "Indeed, I have repented now,"* or of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful punishment.
If you find yourself in good health the Praise Allah and thank him! And do *not* jeopardize your health by recklessly going here and there with note that it is of immense danger to yourself!
Lastly, During these days a person reflects and ponders, he comes to the realization that materialistic things don't count! Rather the only thing that matters is Tawheed! Your Deen! and your actions that you will take to your Lord!
The Prophet ﷺ said
"Whosoever wakes up and is secure in his property, healthy in his body and has his food for the day, it is as if he owned the entire world."
Reported by Al-Bukhāree in Adab Al-Mufrad and declared Hasan by Al-Muhaddith Al-Albany.
We Ask Allah to cure the sick ones of the Ummah and that he remove from them all their pains and hardships. And that he has mercy upon those that have passed!
And Allah Knows Best

Ash Shaykh Abdul Hameed al Hajooree was asked:
“Some of them now have started to use different verses and narrations to prove that the Coronavirus has been mentioned in the Qur’an.
From that which they use is Surah Ad Dukhan they say Allah says
“Then wait you for the Day when the sky will bring forth a visible smoke”
And the narration that this smoke will be for the believers like a cold until the end of the narration.
They also say the next verse mentions this smoke will cover all of the people and this virus has spread to the world.
Please advise us”
Answer:
“That which has been mentioned that the Corona Virus has been mentioned in the noble Qur’an, whether that be in Surah Dukhan
“Then wait you for the Day when the sky will bring forth a visible smoke”
Or Surah Mudathir.
All of it is from false interpretation and speaking upon Allah without any knowledge, the smoke a great sign which will come at the end of time and this is not it’s time (for it to have come).
Similarly surah Al Mudathir its verses are exposing the responses of the Disbelievers, regarding the fire and similar to that.
They took these texts and used it for the Coronavirus, it is obligatory in regards to Tafseer of the noble Quran to return to that which the pious predecessors explained may Allah be pleased with them.
This virus, then it is a disease from the different diseases, which the prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم said regarding “Indecencies are not spread amongst a people except Allah will trial them sicknesses and diseases which were not known to their ancestors”.
This is the reality of it, adultery, homosexuality, interest, oppression, and other than that have become widespread amongst the people. We call upon everyone to repent to Allah, increase from making Dua and seeking forgiveness, perhaps Allah by his bounties and generosity will make easy to find a cure for this trial, this plague. We ask Allah to raise it and get rid of it.”

Our Shaykh, Al Hāfidh, Abū 'Amr 'Abdulkareem Al-Hajoori - may Allah preserve him - was asked:
📩 Question:
Is it permissible to say about a individual who has passed away that "Allah has been merciful to him"?
📝 Answer:
If there is evidence which indicates to it, then yes.
• Like the martyrs
• Or the Messenger of Allah ﷺ
But if there is no evidence which indicates to this, then this is a fabricated lie.
Where is the evidence that Allah has been merciful to him?!
This affair is from the knowledge of Allah, the knowledge of the unseen.
{قُل لَّا یَعۡلَمُ مَن فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ ٱلۡغَیۡبَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُۚ وَمَا یَشۡعُرُونَ أَیَّانَ یُبۡعَثُونَ}
[Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected."]
[Surat An-Naml 65]
And Umm As-Sa'ib said when 'Uthman ibn Maz'un passed away:
"رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكَ أَبَا السَّائِبِ فَشَهَادَتِي عَلَيْكَ : لَقَدْ أَكْرَمَكَ اللَّهُ"
'May Allah be merciful to you, O Abu As-Sa'ib! I testify that Allah has honored you'.
And the Prophet ﷺ replied to her:
(وَمَا يُدْرِيكِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَكْرَمَهُ ؟)
"How do you know that Allah has honored him?"
"No doubt, death came to him. By Allah, I too wish him good, but by Allah, I do not know what Allah will do with me though I am Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)."
So it is not permissible to say that "Allah has been merciful to this person". Rather, it is more appropriate to say, "may Allah have mercy upon him" (i.e making Duā for him).
And if he is from the pious and virtuous, it should be said:
"We hope for him Allah's mercy"
There is no doubt that the believers will receive Allah's mercy, especially the righteous. However, it may be that they had some issues (i.e sins that they did not repent from) which you are not aware of.
As Tahaawi mentioned:
"ولا ننزل أحدًا منهم جنة ولا نارا"
" We do not say that any of them will categorically go to either Paradise or the Fire"
Except if there is (manifest) proof. Likewise the person who passes away, we do not say he is from the people of the Hellfire, only if he is a disbeliever - from the disbelievers who are known for their disbelief like the Jews and the Christians - then he is from the people of the Hellfire.
If you know that a person died upon disbelief, then he is from people of the Hellfire. As for the disobedient, then Allah is most knowledgeable of his affair, and his affair is with Allah.
