هر مشکلی در جریان کار [آنالیز] که باعث شود شخص نتواند این روند را آنگونه که باید و شاید طی کند مقاومت (Resistance) نام دارد. فروید، آنگونه که در مقاله «ماورای اصل لذت» می بینیم، می گوید: روانکاوی از سه مرحله گذشته است: در ابتدا منحصر به آنالیز تراوشات ناخودآگاه (مثل رؤیا، فراموشی، lapsus ها، بدیهه و…) بوده است و از این طریق سعی می شد به کنه ناخودآگاه دسترسی پیدا شود...

I can’t stop thinking about the Israeli decision to wipe out an entire neighborhood block killing hundreds of civilians in order to kill one Nasrallah. They wanted to deliver a message to their neighbours, we will turn you all into dust, just give us a reason…
I came to a very tragic conclusion:
What makes israel appear ‘invincible’ is neither its sophistication (they are sophisticated) nor it is the courage of its soldiers (cos they aren’t). It is the complete absence of an ethical component at the core of their culture.
For the resistance to win it may have to be equally unethical. But it isn’t clear that this is where israel’s enemies want to go. It is also nuclear whether it is possible for anyone else to reach that degree of collective immoral enthusiasm..
