Baby August is being denied a heart transplant unless he is fully vaccinated. His parents have already denied them on both medical and religious grounds and continue to be denied a heart transplant which he desperately needs.
To deny life saving care to an innocent child when they are in imminent danger, because they are not vaccinated… that is the world we have created.

The bill also clarifies that a minor can seek a court order if their parent or legal guardian objects to their desire to get vaccinated.

To her , the cost of not speaking up is too high, the next generation is in a tug o' war and her motto continues to be, "not on my watch".

“Today, Liberty Counsel settled the nation’s first classwide lawsuit for health care workers over a COVID shot mandate, for more than $10.3 million. The class action settlement against NorthShore University Health System is on behalf of more than 500 current and former health care workers who were unlawfully discriminated against and denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate. The agreed upon settlement was filed today in the federal Northern District Court of Illinois.
As a result of the settlement, NorthShore will pay $10,337,500 to compensate these health care employees who were victims of religious discrimination, and who were punished for their religious beliefs against taking an injection associated with aborted fetal cells.
This is a historic, first-of-its-kind class action settlement against a private employer who unlawfully denied hundreds of religious exemption requests to COVID-19 shots.”

In addition, under 42 U.S.C. 1396s, the committee is mandated to establish and periodically review and, as appropriate, revise the list of vaccines for administration to vaccine-eligible children through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program, along with schedules regarding dosing interval, dosage, and contraindications to administration of vaccines. Further, under provisions of the Affordable Care Act, section 2713 of the Public Health Service Act, immunization recommendations of the ACIP that have been approved by the CDC Director and appear on CDC immunization schedules must be covered by applicable health plans.
