The FAW joins Adelaide for Assange’s fight

Today at 11am in Buenos Aires and 3pm in Madrid we will hold a FAW webinar inviting Sonia Vera (Jorge Glas's lawyer), Enzo Macchiavello and Orlando Perez (Ecuadorian journalists members of our FAW network) to tell us their vision about the situation in the country that had so much to do with Julian Assange, with the good and the bad that happened to him. Before the elections, an update on the situation of the country and Jorge Glas is required. The webinar will be in Spanish but you will be able to watch it later with subtitles in our FAW youtube channel. The International Committee for the Freedom of Jorge Glas welcomes the extension of the Precautionary Measures issued today by the @IACHR, which orders his urgent hospitalization and transfer to another penitentiary center other than La Roca.

📢 The IACHR recognizes the serious physical and psychological state of Jorge Glas and the inadequacy of the measures adopted by the Ecuadorian State.

We will continue working until we achieve the granting of safe conduct and his full freedom.
