We have new black boxes for carrying frames to clients.
Please remember: we never use regular cardboard boxes to show frames to clients. We only use these new black boxes.
They are very easy to assemble. You can find them in the toolbox where the camera and other equipment are stored.
At the start of your shift: Please unpack and assemble the box.
At the end of your shift: Please pack it away neatly.
Thank you for your cooperation!

📢 IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE: GRATUITY & TEAM COLLABORATION
Team, alongside the launch of our updated Company Handbook (v2.0), we are officially clarifying our operational policy regarding tips and gratuities to fully align with federal and state regulations.
1. Ultimate Tip Ownership:
As outlined in Section 7 of the Handbook, all voluntary tips and gratuities captured during a shift belong 100% to the Lead Photographer. The Company no longer enforces a mandatory, automated tip split. The Lead Photographer holds full discretion and ultimate authority over how shift tips are distributed.
2. Framory’s Recommended Best Practice (70/30 Split):
While tip sharing is entirely optional and at the Photographer's discretion, the Company highly recommends maintaining a 70% (Photographer) / 30% (Assistant) tip distribution.
Why we recommend this:
Team Motivation: A motivated Assistant directly impacts your final sales volume. When Assistants know they have a stake in the shift's tips, they print faster, manage inventory better, and help you secure more clients.
Leadership Responsibility: As the on-site manager, the Lead Photographer wins when the team wins. Rewarding an Assistant for outstanding performance, hard work, and a positive attitude is the mark of a true professional and an effective leader.
Summary for Lead Photographers:
