Sometimes you gotta leave them because they think you can't

You’re not responsible for the storms in someone else’s sky.

Sometimes presence is louder than rescue.

And i keep thinking about my old mindset and yeah I’ve had to choke on that lesson more than once.

You see them breaking, and every instinct in u screams to fix it, to hold up their sky with ur bare hands.
But damn u can’t.
Nobody can.
And the more u try, the more u start drowning in rain that was never meant for you.
I’ve been there choking on someone else’s thunder, losing myself in their chaos.
And it leaves u empty, because u forget ur own sky needs u too.
So yeah, you’re not responsible for their storms.
You can love them through it, stand there soaking wet beside them, but the lightning?
The flood?
That’s theirs to fight.
And maybe the hardest part of caring is realizing love doesn’t mean carrying their storm it means surviving urs so u can still be there when it clears.

Be the lighthouse, not the umbrella. Let them weather it.

People with empty lives always look for cracks in others.
They’ve got no purpose, so they make noise.
They watch, they gossip, they stir, because if they stop… they’ll have to face the fact that they’re nothing.

Leveling up isn’t just growth it’s betrayal to your old self.
And trust me, your old self will hate you for it.
