[Rider Compliance: Proof of Deliveries]
Hey Pandas,
Please be reminded that the Proof of Delivery photo is very important because:
✔️ It ensures that the order was completely delivered
✔️ It protects you when an issue is raised in relation to your delivery
A few reminders to take note:
❌ You cannot upload photos from your album. The photo must be taken on the spot.
✔️ The uploaded photo must clearly show the order at the drop-off location.
✔️ The photo must show both the order and the unit number
✔️ For return orders to pandamart, kindly upload a photo of the order returned to the picker at pandamart.
Refer to the images below for examples of correct and incorrect Proof of Delivery (POD) photos. Ride safe! 🥰

Some riders are concerned that their AvP and Acceptance Rates have been affected when the rider app was down last Tuesday, 21 June.
We understand your concern and will exclude the time period of 2.30pm - 3.30pm on Tuesday from your batch calculations. Rest assured that the orders you did not accept during that period will not have any implications on your batch calculations from the week. Ride safe! 👌🏽
