4. How is Acceptance Rate (AR) calculated?
Your Acceptance Rate (AR) is based on the number of orders you accept vs orders assigned to you. ( Accept more orders → higher AR, Reject or ignore orders → lower AR )
You need to meet the AR of the prevailing quest in order to qualify for your incentive

That’s why we’re introducing Large Order Support - you may receive extra earnings for completing a large, unsplit order.

How it works:
1️⃣ If the order is too large to carry safely, submit a request via the Help Centre
2️⃣ Include a clear photo of all bags/items
3️⃣ Complete the delivery — we’ll review and credit any extra earnings in your next payout

Please note:
• Applies only to orders not split between riders
• Large orders = exceed your carrying capacity
• Do not overload, your safety comes first
• If manageable, proceed as usual (no need to submit)
• Claims are reviewed individually — not all will be approved

Following feedback from NDCA regarding our last message on Large Order Support, we want to assure you that your safety always comes first.

If you're assigned an order that feels too large to carry safely, you should not have to attempt the delivery on your own. Reach out to us and we would either split the order or redispatch the order to another rider (without affecting your AR).

If you deem the large order to be manageable based on your vehicle type, you can:
1) Contact us via the Help Centre before proceeding
2) Include a clear photo of all bags/items
3) Our team will review your request — if eligible, extra earnings will be credited to your next payout*

*Please note:
• Only applies to orders that haven't been split between riders
• What counts as "large" depends on your vehicle type.
• Each request is reviewed individually — not all submissions may qualify
