📢 How it works:
During peak hours, you’ll see multipliers like for e.g. 1.2x to 1.7x on the app for certain zones and timings. Please note that this multiplier is applied to all components of your delivery. That means longer-distance orders earn you even more than before!

We're excited to expand this to more zones starting CW17 (from 21 April):
📍AMK, Bukit Timah, Bukit Panjang, Geylang, Sengkang, Woodlands, Yishun
📍 Other zones will continue with default Surge fees for now.

▪️ Quest Incentives will be broken down into weekday and weekend
▪️ Session booking for CW17 opens next Monday! Check out this page and take note of the booking timing every Monday to secure your weekly Session.

▪️ The CW17 Quest Incentive categories are as follows:
A. Motorbike, Car, and E-Bike
B. Bicycle and Walker
C. Car Only

▪️‼️ Quest Incentives will be paid by Thursday of the next week
▪️‼️ AVP/ AR is based on the entire week’s performance
▪️‼️ Please take proof of delivery photos when you deliver the order, with the unit number and order
▪️‼️ Drive safe in adverse weather and use the allocated parking spots to park your vehicles
▪️‼️ Surge Fees are calculated based on your starting point and the time the order is dispatched in the system.
▪️‼️For this week, we’ll be rolling out the High Demand Bonus multiplier in Woodlands only

We have received a serious complaint regarding the fraudulent use of NRICs.

Some individuals have used stolen NRICs to register as foodpanda riders. This is a serious offense.

⚠️ Reminder:
✅ Using another person’s NRIC to register as a rider is strictly prohibited
✅ Fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action

Such actions harm both innocent individuals and the rider community. We are actively investigating and will take disciplinary action against those involved.

🔴 If you suspect any fraudulent activity, report it immediately via Rider Support.

Hi pandariders! Please take note of these important instructions when picking up orders with frozen items at pandamart:

🔹 “More Bags in Freezer” signs ➡️
Frozen bags are in the freezer. Ambient/chilled bags are in the bin.
👉 Please check the freezer to retrieve the frozen items yourself.

🔹 “Ask Staff” signs ➡️
Frozen bags are not accessible. Ambient/chilled bags are in the bin.
👉 Please alert the staff to retrieve the frozen bags for you.

📣 Update to Starting Points in Your Rider App

Hi pandariders! 👋 Starting Monday, 28 Apr, you’ll notice a small change in the session booking screen:

🆕 We’re removing the duplicate starting point that ends with a full stop (e.g. “AMK.”) from the list of available zones.

✅ Don’t worry — this is just a visual update to make session-booking simpler and clearer.
✅ You’ll now see only one starting point (without a full stop) per zone.
✅ No changes to how you book or complete your sessions.

🔒 Already holding a shift with a full stop (e.g. AMK.) starting point for the week of 28 Apr? You’re all good — your session is still valid!
