We have recently received reports of riders sharing screenshots of customer order details in certain riders' Telegram groups.

Following such reports, we would like to remind all riders that riders are strictly prohibited from sharing screenshots of customers’ order details to any external third party, which includes sharing on public forums or social platforms. Details contained in customers’ orders through the foodpanda platform should only strictly be used to fulfill the delivery order.

Please note that any rider who engages in such conduct may be in breach of Clause 14 (Confidentiality) and Clause 17 (Security and Data Protection) of your Independent Contractor Agreement.

We will not hesitate to take all necessary and immediate action on riders in breach of the above. Ride safe!
