We are aware that the multiplier bonuses for SG_South and Far East were not showing correctly during session bookings between 1100-1400, and they might not have been paid out as they should have been.
Please don’t worry — you will not lose any earnings. We are already checking all affected sessions, and any missing bonus amounts from these sessions in these zones will be paid to your rider wallets by the end of next week.

POLICE ADVISORY ON LOANSHARK HARASSMENT THROUGH MISUSE OF DELIVERY PLATFORMS
Dear pandariders,
The Singapore Police Force has notified us of the rise in cases of delivery platforms being used by unlicensed moneylenders to commit harassment on their debtors. Such acts are offences under the Moneylenders Act 2008.
In most cases, harassment occurs through the following process:
- The requestor places an order (or multiple orders) to be sent to an address;
- Cash-on-Delivery payment option is selected; and
- The platform worker shows up at the location only to find out that the customer has not placed the order.
The Singapore Police Force would like to advise all platform workers to:
- Exercise caution with Cash-on-Delivery requests
- Be mindful of unusual order requests such as “knocking loudly on the door”, “shouting for the house occupant’s name”, “contact me as I would speak to the occupant, etc;”
- Disengage the customer if he/she denies making any order(s) and inform the platform accordingly.
You are advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the Police.
- Immediate Police Assistance: Call 999 or emergency SMS 70999 (if it is not safe to talk).
- Provide Crime-Related Info: Call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000 if you suspect or know anyone who could be involved in unlicensed moneylending activities.

No need to wait for a scheduled session—just tap on “Start Now”, see if there are any available sessions, and go whenever you’re ready. We introduced this based on your feedback for more flexibility in starting deliveries!
And if you want to end a Start Now session, click on your Status > Stop Delivering! Reminder: you won’t be able to Stop Delivering if you’re currently on a delivery 🚫
