Recently, I accidentally came across screenshots of a copy of the "Dolinovsk" map from Minecraft in a game chat. I reached out to the author to offer help with converting it directly into the game. The result turned out really awesome ❤️

The map is available as a mod and won’t be officially added to the game, as it uses Minecraft textures, which is against the rules.

Installing the mod is very simple:

1. Launch the game
2. Go to Maps → Advanced → Select ZIP file

Exactly three years ago today, the game Vaz Crash Test Simulator 2 was released 🎉

A lot has changed since then: a new player community has formed, thousands of epic crashes have happened, mods were created, and tons of awesome updates were released. Each of you has become part of this story, and I’m incredibly grateful for your support, your ideas, and the motivation you give me to keep developing the project.

But three years is a long time. And to be honest, continuing development is getting harder: the game’s inner structure isn’t as convenient as I’d like, and many things were done hastily back at the start. Now, those early decisions are holding things back and making it difficult to add cool new features.

That’s why I’m not just working on an update right now - I’m looking further ahead. Maybe it’s time to move on… and start something new 🚗💥

It’s a big step, and clearly, it won’t take just a couple of months - there’s a lot of work ahead. These are only the first steps, and I don’t expect things to happen quickly: it’s just me, and the project is huge.

But the most important thing is, I want to move forward. And when there’s something to share, you’ll be the first to know ❤️

Five years ago, my first game - Vaz Driving Simulator launched on Google Play. That was the moment FozerGames was born. Since then, a lot has changed: many games have been released, and millions of players around the world have found something special in them.

These five years were just the beginning. I'm not planning to stop - even more exciting ideas and projects lie ahead. Thank you to everyone who’s been with me on this journey - you’re the reason I keep going! 🚗

As for the project I mentioned in my last post - progress has been slow but steady. Nothing to show just yet, but as soon as there is, you’ll be the first to know!

I want to be honest with you. This year there hasn’t been as much activity and as many updates from me as I would have liked. But that’s not because the work has stopped. On the contrary, I work on the game every single day, without weekends. I’m deliberately not rushing with announcements and spoilers, because I don’t want to feed you promises or raise expectations too high.

Let’s simply appreciate what we have right now instead of waiting for a miracle on a schedule. After all, a real miracle happens precisely when you least expect it. Trust me, that miracle is already much closer than it seems. I think more than half is already done—the work continues, and I’m moving toward the finish line step by step.

Some of you might have already guessed what's going on and why I’ve been so quiet with news and updates lately. I think it's finally time to put my cards on the table: I am announcing a brand-new game — "Crash Test Simulator 3" 💥🚗

This is a full-fledged sequel to the beloved "VAZ Crash Test Simulator 2."

It’s going to be a bit of a long read ahead, but I want to jump straight into answering your top three questions:

Why a new game instead of updating the old one?
The previous game came out almost 4 years ago — which is a massive amount of time in game development. Expanding it simply became too difficult. The technical foundation isn't as clean as I'd like it to be, and many things were rushed when I first started. Right now, the old code is just holding me back from moving forward and adding cool new features. It was easier, and ultimately better, to build everything from scratch.

Will there be soft-body physics?
I want to be completely honest with you guys because I know how much you've been waiting for this. I spent several months testing and trying to implement it, but I had to face a bitter truth: maintaining a soft-body system as a solo developer is just not feasible. Sure, I could make a car that deforms beautifully, but the game's performance would completely tank, and it would lock me out of ever adding crash test dummies or AI traffic in the future.

But I have good news! The damage system in the new game will be much better than in the last one. Cars will smash with far more detail and realism. I wrote a custom physics system that I call "Soft Collisions." It uses similar tech to give you great-looking destruction upon impact without murdering the game's optimization. You'll see it for yourselves soon enough!

When can we play it?
Right now, I am in the final polishing stages. The current plan is to launch an Open Beta Test roughly around late March to early April. Please keep in mind, though, that this date isn't set in stone — delays are always possible if I run into unforeseen bugs or real-life circumstances.


I have poured a massive amount of time and energy into this project, and I really hope you’ll give this new chapter a warm welcome. Please try to keep your expectations grounded — I am still just one guy making a game, and there is a mountain of work waiting for me even after the beta launches. But I promise to keep updating and developing it just as actively as I did with the second game all these years! 🥰
