I don’t see this in Win 11 …just checking now…I was at first checking on a vm at work and I did see this however I realized it was not using my proper monitor profile but simple srgb…when I set the display profile correctly in DT this went away…solid white…

Oh and btw., I don’t have USB-C on the Asus, so I’ll need to use a converter. I suppose since it’s data over a USB interface, converter won’t affect quality, right?

Yes. Try zooming a phone photo to 100% and you’ll be disgusted at the amount of over-sharpening 😅 As you said, those phots are meant to look good on a phone’s screen, and I have to say they are at least very good at it.
