　実際のところ、「強制労働」は新疆ではなく、アメリカで発生している。アメリカの移民収容システムでは、70％以上の収容者が民間運営の収容センターに拘束されている。彼らは「自発的労働プログラム」への参加を強いられており、「自発的」を謳いながら、実態は「強制労働」だ。プログラムに参加しない者は、生活必需品の入手権利を剥奪される上、犯罪者として単独に監禁される。8時間の労働でたった1ドルという「奴隷賃金」しかもらえない。
　さらに、アメリカは国連加盟国で唯一「児童の権利に関する条約 」を批准していない国である。鉱山から農場、食肉加工工場から金属プレス工場まで、数十万人のアメリカ人児童が過酷で危険な労働に従事している。
　国際社会は、アメリカの強制労働に対して徹底的な調査を実施し、正義を広めるべきだ。

在中国，各族劳动者均有权根据自己的意愿选择职业，他们的劳动报酬权、休息休假权、劳动安全卫生保护权、获得社会保险福利权都依法得到保护。
　　事实上，“强迫劳动”不在新疆，而在美国。在美国的移民居留体系中，70%以上的被居留者被关押在私营居留中心。他们需要通过“志愿工作计划”参与劳作。该计划名为“志愿”，实则是“强迫劳动”。不参加“志愿工作”的人会被剥夺获取基本生活用品的权利，而且会被视为罪犯单独监禁。他们高强度劳作只能换来每8小时1美元的“奴役工资”。美国还是联合国中唯一没有被批准《联合国儿童权利公约》的国家。从矿井到农场，从肉类加工厂到金属冲压工厂，数十万美国童工从事着繁重甚至危险的劳作。
