I have been diagnosed with brief, temporary absence episodes caused by a neurological dysfunction. They are easily treatable and can lead to moments like those that happened recently against Leipzig and Heidenheim.
I know it can look scary, but there is no additional health risk. I’m receiving the best possible medical care and I’m very optimistic.
After consulting specialists, it was my personal wish to continue playing football, and I have been given approval by neurological specialists to do so.
Overall, I feel very good and I’m on the right track. Thank you so much for all your messages and support.” ❤️
