The FOMEMA medical examination form for foreign workers is valid for 30 days starting from the date of payment
Employers are required to select a clinic immediately after making the payment and promptly proceed with the health screening for their workers without any delay.
Failure to do so will result in the expiry of the FOMEMA medical examination form, and employers may need to make a new purchase.

This is to ensure that the correct anatomical side on the radiographic image is properly distinguished as required by the legal law. This practise is also to avoid any misinterpretation of the radiograph during FOMEMA Chest X-ray screening.
